Our lovely townhome is a hidden gem located in the Fairways development at the Mauna Lani Resort. The small Fairways complex surrounds a large pool, hot tub and common area. The outer perimeter borders golf course and open space. The gated complex is private, peaceful, secure and easily accessed. The Auberge Mauna Lani Resort and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel are both within walking distance.

This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom townhome is the most popular and largest of the two bedroom floor plans available in the development, and is perfect for one or two couples as well as a family. The unit sits in a tranquil, private location within the Fairways and is a short walk from the pool and common area amenities.

Our townhome makes a wonderful vacation home and provides a prime access point for enjoying the private Owner’s Beach Club, the endless amenities of the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort, area beaches, and exploring the entire Big Island. Enjoy two championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, recreational and fitness activities for all ages and interests.

Our on-site concierge will provide detailed directions to the townhome, which will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You can rest assured we will take care of the details so you may enjoy your stay.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is zoned RM-4 which allows for short-term vacation rentals. Our townhome has been registered with the State of Hawaii as a short term vacation rental as is required by law. Our registration # is STVR-19-356969.

Wonderful place.

One of the best rentals ever. Charming, relaxing, nicely furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent beds, very helpful and responsive property manager. Located in the Fairways neighborhood of Mauna Lani. Convenient to good beaches, shopping and golf. Wiamea and Waikoloa nearby.

Great Property

Exceptional!

Condo is in quiet, pristine, gated community. We stay in rentals several times a year and this property was #1. Just as described and pictured. Wonderful place to relax in the morning on the patios, as well as after a long day of activities. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable furnishings and beds with quality linens. Condo was extremely well stocked throughout, including many extras like coolers, ice packs, chairs, bikes, snorkel gear that made our trip even more enjoyable. We didn’t use the pool, but the facilities were lovely. We were all over the island, but thought this location was superb. Great weather, close to many great beaches, restaurants, Kona, the north end and the airport. Excellent communication with the property manager and host including great recommendations for activities and restaurants.

No Question - Would Stay Again!

Great property, great location and amenities. Clean and well stocked with everything you'd need to enjoy your visit to the Big Island including several bikes and lots of beach equipment. We love the Mauna Lani area and all it has to offer, 2 wonderful hotel properties, the beach club, close to shopping, many farmers markets and some of the best beaches on the Kona/Kohala coasts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic and stylish getaway on the Big Island!

We have stayed in some wonderful places through the years throughout the Hawaiian Islands. And we've enjoyed them all for different things. But this one was stunning from the moment we walked in the door. The tasteful decorations, the thoughtful stocking of the kitchen with every device (working) you could need, the access to the private beach club (with restaurant), the closeness to the Mauna Lani shopping area and of course our Fairways pool area could not be beat! Consider this location for your next trip. You will be so glad you did!!

A great space in a little slice of paradise

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was the perfect size and space for two adult couples. We appreciated the many amenities like beach towels, bikes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Everything was extremely well equipped in the kitchen and laundry room, which made our stay a breeze. We loved sitting on the lanai to eat many of our home cooked meals.

Great Stay at Mauna Lani

This is a beautiful, well appointed and well stocked vacation condo. We’ve spent the last nine years on Maui at Kapalua and decided to spend a couple of weeks on the Big Island. The photos don’t to justice to how beautiful and relaxing the condo is or the location. There are numerous great restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Great beaches and great golf close by. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Lovely, well equipped home.

Only issue was the pool and development gates could not open either direction without a hard key. Got locked in and out when on foot, swimming or biking since we only had one key for four adults. Should be able to get out without a key!

great place to stay

We loved Big Island, the most interesting among the Hawaii islands. Fairways is a great place to stay and the unit was perfect, spotless, very well appointed and comfortable. Lissette the concierge very professional. We appreciated the bikes in the garage and the BBQ in the patio. We stayed 4 nights here, 1 night at Volcano house and 2 nights in the Hilo coast. In my opinion better to stay 5 nights at Fairway, 1 night at Volcano house and 1 night close to Hilo

Relaxing and peaceful

We loved our stay here at this peaceful townhouse. The view is like your own secret garden without people walking by. There is a resident red bird that visited each day. The house is equipped with everything you need and the grocery store is closeby that is reasonably priced. Don't overlook the private beach for good snorkeling.

Excellent place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The upstairs lanai was a great place to start the mornings. Not much of a “golf” view but enjoyable. We experienced several maintenance issues - including an inoperable garage door - most of which were corrected and all of which were addressed. Regardless, the owners have provided a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Exceeding all expectations, home away from home

The condo was simply amazing. Spacious, beautiful, very clean, with many thought out touches. We loved having peace and privacy and had everything we could possibly wish for a wonderful holiday. We especially appreciated all the beach gear at our disposal and our teen enjoyed daily bike rides to the beach. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us!

Great location

Nice neighborhood, view out the back isn't great - lots of construction going on. Pool is nice - no private beach access but short drive to amazing beaches just north of the property. Pull out bed in the couch is broken, my teen ended up sleeping on the floor due to this.

Excellent - well equipped and spacious

MLF 1203 was a perfect condo. Well equipped kitchen and great outdoor gear. Quiet location not far from beach and services. We spent 10 days in mid-March. Just one couple but condo would easily sleep two couples. Mauni Lani Fairways is an upscale development with good pool. The unit came with cruiser bikes which we used to jaunt to mall for supplies and free evening entertainment. We also rode the beach and for sunset viewing. Two private lanais with plenty of seating and grill.

First Class Accomodations

The accommodations are perfect! The unit is very well-maintained and decorated in first class condition. The Fairways Townhomes are for quiet stays and that’s exactly what we got. The pool is close by and you have access to the private Beach Club, which is just a short drive away. Very nice perk that throughly enjoyed. Every extra detail was provided - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, full size washer/dryer, and much much, more. The unit is spotless, very clean, and very comfortable. It’s located down the street from a grocery store in one direction and a beach park in the other. This is one of Mauna Lani’s best places to stay - hands down. Thank you for a perfect vacation, and we will be back!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We felt like we were home away from home. Pride in ownership shows everywhere throughout the home. Great vibrant paint colors make the home very cozy along with the new carpet and floors that were recently installed before our stay. Everything you need for the beach was available, along with bicycles ready to ride. Close to both golf course which is a short drive away. Little more expensive than other similar units in the area, but well worth it because the condition of the property is at a very high level. The Owners were very responsive and informative keeping me updated along the way. Lizzette, the property manager was such a nice and welcoming person who ensured that our stay was perfect.

Better stocked than my home kitchen!

We loved staying in this unit and did not want for anything. We loved the bikes and all the beach equipment. We did a lot of cooking this time and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The place was clean and the lanais were perfect with very comfortable furniture. A nice touch was the sitting area right off the master bedroom. It had a great chair for reading and the little desk came in handy. What we especially appreciated was the prompt responses we got from the concierge Lissette. We called her about 8:30 one night for help with the air conditioner and she called us back right away. She was able to let us stay an extra hour since our return flight was delayed. She was so gracious about everything. The owner Hilary had some great tips and went out of her way to find out which delivery service would get us our important document right to our door.
