Great location just one minute from a grocery store and a couple minutes from multiple beaches and restaurants (a variety of both fancy and casual). Garage had coolers, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and a nice beach umbrella. Condo itself was spacious, great layout, and had everything we needed. Extremely high-end Viking grille on the patio. Pool card access and private beach access cards all provided in the unit and ready to use. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a large beautiful rental in a quiet area of a larger resort area. The condo, which is more like a townhouse was immaculate, beds comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4. Pool is just behind the lanai’s and was very nice. Beach club access is good, snorkeling right there. Nice location to beach trails for morning walks. Would stay here again. Quiet and peaceful.

The unit was beautiful - cool upon arrival, Hawaiian music playing in the background, and a generous gift bag with local goodies sitting on the counter welcoming us. Felt like a small local community here, not like a tourist area (may be good and bad). We’d visit again!

Holiday stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was well appointed & maintained. It was tricky booking through Marriott which outsources to Red AWning & then to a local company Knutson but it all worked & local company Knutson was amazing.

January in Hawaii

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely property. AC was too cold except in small bedroom upstairs which was hot and stuffy. Washing machine needs maintenance. Otherwise, well stocked and comfortable with a beautiful view.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stayed three nights, but it was a beautiful condo. We mostly want an access to Mauna Lani because that’s my favorite beach. As others have said the second bedroom does get warm, but they have a nice fan to help.

Great property and excellent experience.

We loved everything about this property. The hosts were very thoughtful about this property and put much care into every detail. The private beach was better than described. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Honestly our favorite VRBO to date. Thank you!

Great location and place to stay

Our family of 4 had a great time at the property. Inside we had everything we needed and the pool was a fun place to swim with a waterfall in the hot tub. There were also boogie boards, sand toys and some coolers to use when you leave for the beach or the private beach club you get access to just a short 5 min drive away. The location of the property was the best part as it was a good central location to go adventure from. When we come back to the big island I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely condo/property

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 12 and 14 year old daughters) loved our stay. The unit and property are in great shape - we loved the grounds and the unit had everything we needed. The location is perfect - not far from the airport, Kona, and amazing beaches. We really enjoyed the golf course, swimming pool, and beach club (tip - water shoes are helpful for the beach - it is a nice sandy beach but gets rocky as you enter the water; get there early to get a cabana). I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again,

Perfect

This location was perfect for our vacation to Hawaii. We were close to many beaches, had access to our own private beach, which was amazing, and we were near everything we needed. The property was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The views from the Lani were perfect. The check in process was a breeze and communication was tiptop. We can’t wait to come back!

Bird Haven

My husband and I spent a wonderful three nights at this property. Our favorite spot was the upstairs lanai. It has a beautiful view with lots of bird activity. The bed was comfortable and the living room and kitchen are well-appointed. It comes with a pass to the beach club, which is a particular favorite spot of ours to snorkel and relax. We would highly recommend a stay here.
