This lake front property has amazing views, it is a quite relaxing atmosphere with a private dock .This Lakefront cabin has 2 bedrooms bath.. utility room.. screened in porch. This Rental also includes fishing boat with battery powered trolling motor and a canoe. The lakefront property is located just 15 miles from the famous JACK DANIELS DISTILLERY in Lynchburg Tenn.. Lincoln Lake is a private lake which does not allow gas powered boats . The nearest airport is Huntsville International which is 59 miles away. Lincoln Lake is a stocked private lake you are welcome to fish and a boat with a trolling motor will be provided. The lake and boat are only a few steps from the porch. This area is part of the famous bourbon trail! This is a great place to unwind and hunt or fish .The Flintville Wildlife Management Area is 5 minutes away its a 1000 acres of good hunting and the lake is only a few steps from the porch! We have just added internet!

Fantastic location right on the Lake. Enjoyed having the motorized Jon Boat for fishing - the Bass action was great! The weather was perfect - thanks Tom for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect weekend getaway. It was quiet, peaceful and serene. The screened in porch overlooking the lake was a spectacular view. A place you definitely will hate to leave. The owner stayed in contact with suggestions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Loved every minute and plan to go back.

Great price and comfortable setting with all the attractions we wanted to visit in Tennessee and Alabama within an hour or less. Catfish and bass fishing were a bonus!

Great trip!!

Had a great time ! We enjoyed fishing all week - neighbors were so friendly . Tom, the owner was so nice- he came to meet us and even brought fresh veggies from his home garden. Elaine, was full of local information, that helped our stay. We are definitely going back.

Our trip was just great. Mr Tom Hardy was very nice and informative of the area. The cabin was right on the lake, loved the screened in porch and loved the location at the lake.

Charming rustic cabin!

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with games, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The location on the lake was very peaceful and our boys loved being right on the water and the fishing boat. The screened in porch was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for some relaxing family time!

Catfish were biting!

We enjoyed our stay in Uncle Tom’s Cabin! Tom was a great communicator, check in was easy, and the cabin was very clean. The lake was beautiful and the fish were biting! Even when it rained we enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof while sitting out on the screened porch. Nice quiet getaway I would highly recommend.

Wonderful cabin

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The check in process was super easy. The cabin was very clean . It was stocked with books, dvd’s, games and etc. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy the views. Would love to go again. The host was quick to respond to questions we had and suggestions for places to visit.

Perfect Easter Getaway

Property was perfect for our family of 4. We relaxed on the porch while having coffee in the morning. The lake was tranquil. Although we didn't have much success fishing, it was still fun trying. We found the neighbors delightful and polite. It was perfect.

Peaceful fishing Paradise

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful place on the lake. My husband was able to fish everyday and I was able to sew. The cabin comes well furnished with towels and linens, the kitchen was extremely well furnished, the only thing I needed was my tea pot. Would highly recommend this place to stay at and Tom made everything extremely easy! Would give him 10 stars if able!!

Peaceful

Great view from the screened in porch. Very peaceful surroundings. The fishing was good and Tom provided a little john boat for use during our stay. Will be staying again in the fall and spring. The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom is an excellent communicator. Responded to all of my questions immediately and checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Little Slice of Heaven

This cabin is the perfect vacation spot for anyone who loves the outdoors! Tom offered us so many amenities outside of a normal cabin host. He allowed us to use his fishing boat to fish, he told us where all the best restaurants and spots were, and he even offered some of his personal fishing bait and personal food for us to utilize. The check in and out process was great. The cabin was the perfect size, and the view from the back porch was fabulous. I think I spent more time on the porch relaxing than anything. We will definitely be back!

Nice little rustic cabin, exactly as advertised with beautiful scenery and the symphony of nature. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the city. My husband thoroughly enjoyed having a boat and fishing gear available and caught several fish both on the lake and from the shore directly in front of the cabin. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing with a book on the screened in porch. Tom was wonderful and very responsive through the whole process. He also generously allowed us a free early check in and late checkout. We really hated to leave and my husband can’t wait to come back next year!

Cute, quiet community lake

When we got to the there it was a clean, cute rustic cabin right on this community lake. With us living in Alabama we didn't have to buy Tennessee fishing license cause it's a community lake so that was a $money$ saver. The dollar general was just 8 minutes away so we could get things we needed. The place was pretty with alot of beautiful wildlife. It rained a bit but it didn't put a damper on things cause the cabin was cozy with the rain hitting the screened porch ten roof. There is no WIFI but we brought our family to get away from it all anyway and enjoy nature. Having a boat made things fun for the kids too. In all we had a great time.

Peace and quiet

Cabin as advertised. Tom, the owner, very helpful and super quick to respond. Comfortable bed and fully furnished kitchen and bath. The boat and motor are very capable of meandering you around the lake. The fishing was…never mind, I’ll blame myself. Cycling was surprisingly great. Drivers we’re courteous and careful. Just make sure you wave at every car. Seems as if it’s expected. Fayetteville is interesting to walk around. It also helps if you enjoy Canadian Geese. I do NOT. Highly recommended.

We had a GREAT time here!!! The place was clean and very quiet! We caught bass, crappie, perch and channel cats! There was an Osprey that hunted and caught fish from the lake!!

I'm a retired Ag teacher that loves to hunt if any of you prospective renters has a property with big deer get in touch we will work something out! I live in Gurley Alabama about 30 miles from the lake cabin.

Why they chose this property

The view is beautiful and the neighbors are great. You can hunt in the morning come back and fish the middle of the day and go back for an evening hunt

What makes this property unique

This is a small private lake community with fresh water fishing and all types of wildlife, jet skis and motorboats are not allowed. I provide a fishing boat with a battery powered trolling motor. We are located just 5 miles from the Flintville Management area which is public hunting you can purchase out of star license over the counter you don’t have to draw for them
