Second year in a row to stay at this property. Improvements have been made since last year. Would highly recommend if you desire a riverside experience. Owner is readily available to answer any inquiries or concerns.
The cabin is so cute and had plenty of room. You can sit on the screened in porch and feel like you are far out of the city but everything you need is very close. I was very glad we found a nice place to stay where we could just relax. the river and waterfall is just at the back of the property and even on such a rainy weekend it was very pretty. I know we will stay again hopefully on a sunny weekend because the property has so much to offer.
Our stay here was fantastic. The cabin was clean and accommodating. Easy check-in. If you enjoy nature and peace and quiet, this place will not disappoint. I would recommend having the ice maker on the refrigerator hooked up for water and ice and maybe a small table between the rocking chairs for early morning coffee. We will stay here again. Thank you.
Great cabin on the river with canoes/kayaks provided, which was great! Cabin was clean and we spent our mornings on the screened in porch enjoying the view and our coffee. Interior of the cabin was very dark and could have used more end tables and lamps. Some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and dock kits would also be nice. Kitchen is well appointed and living area comfortable. Thanks for this lovely, quiet, peaceful spot on the river. We really enjoyed our stay!
We are so happy we booked this cabin! Everything pictured is exact, if not better, in person!
My husband and I, along with two cousins, traveled to Southern Tennessee to visit family and we had such an amazing time, with many thanks to this place. We stayed four nights and they all went by much too quick!
The owners were absolutely fantastic with communication prior to even renting the place. They sent me links to their other properties, along with answering questions I had about the general area overall.
Directions were spot-on for finding this gem. We had no issues navigating and enjoyed the gorgeous couple-mile drive off of the main drag in Fayetteville.
Accommodations were absolutely fantastic, comfortable and clean! We all felt very at home!
Close proximity to Fayetteville for groceries and other shopping.
We traveled 906 miles from our home to the cabin one-way - 1,812 roundtrip. We will happily be making this trip again next year and making new memories at this great spot.
Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space with us!
We loved the location and the property itself. The cabin was perfect for us, the beds were very comfortable and everything was so nice and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful!

The location was perfect, the grounds on cabin were spacious for the dogs to play. We arrived on Saturday and property needed to be mowed, which was done on Monday. Some suggestions for improvement would be; newer bath towels, towel rack/shelf in bathroom, better seating in living-room, couch recliner was broken and not enough seating. Instructions for the TV use would be helpful. New Toilet seat on first floor (did not fit toilet), A/C filter needed to be changed, lightbulbs in kitchen and living room needed to be replaced, could have used sharper knives for kitchen use, larger throws/blankets in living room (adult size)and hangars in closet and a wood splitter to cut wood, not sufficient wood stored.
Upon arrival, we were concerned about the noise from the nearby busy highways. But as the traffic decreased, everything was peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is well stocked. The fire pit (with wood provided) was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Place was clean and cabin was great, had everything to enjoy a week with family. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that I thought that we had the whole place for ourselves, I was not aware that there were other cabins in the property, which worked fine, but were looking for a private place just for the family. Overall the experience was great.
Cabin was just the right size for our group. Screened in porch with rocking chairs was a nice touch. Had fun watching birds including a friendly chicken. Close proximity to distilleries and not too far from having and Chattanooga, both of which we visited.
This property has river access, which is what we were looking for. The cabin is nice, but as noted by others, there will always be areas that can be improved or adjusted. The door stock was missing from the upstairs bedroom door, so it would, on occasion, open to the outside, with no way to lock it, but that was ok, since I didn’t lock it anyway. The closet doors were older, but functional. These were really the only things that I personally would update right now. Again, we did not stay here for a 5 star hotel experience with high speed internet, we just wanted access to the river and that’s exactly what we got. Kaleob, the owner, was so nice and helpful. Checking in with us after arrival and answering any questions we might have. Thanks Kaleob, we hope to come back and stay again.

This is a nice , pet friendly cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer
Was not fond of the knock you down smell of mothballs, and the very uncomfortable mattress wanta be upstairs!!😏
Otherwise
It was nice
What a sham. Everything covered in dust and grime. Oven was disgusting and stove top filthy and greasy. Linens left in dryer were still damp. Blinds and sills covered in dust. Trash under tables. Window panes all smudged. Single lumpy mattress on creaking bed. Called owner/host and was told we were the first to complain, that they were new to this, that they worked full time........
Everything in kitchen was from the dollar store, internet was the cheapest they could get
We stayed in Bentonville for the same price in a 400,000$ was amazing.
Cabin is wonderful. It snowed the day before we checked in so that really added to the backdrop. The girls had a great time and we all enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and quaint and the property owners were great and communicative.
