Cosy vacation rental house in the charming residential area of Parque de Mont-roig in Miami Playa. With 3 bedrooms and space for up to 7 people, this 85 m² accommodation offers you plenty of space to relax and create unforgettable memories.

As you enter, you will find the living-dining room, which opens onto the garden terrace with barbecue, ideal for outdoor family dinners. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, provides you with all the comfort you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay.

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one of them with a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for waking up every morning to the sound of the waves. Completing this floor, a complete bathroom will be at your disposal.

Logement grand et très propre , proche de la mer . Quelques petits bémols a signaler , la vue sur la mer du descriptif n'y est pas , le frigo fuit , la machine a laver ne fonctionne qu'à 20 degrés, et les voisins (résidents) sont un peu trop curieux et bruyants . Quelques difficultés pour se garer . Sinon la maison est top , spacieuse , bien aménagée , 2 petits restaurants à proximité , j'ai beaucoup aimé

Très déçu ! Nous sommes venu en famille 6 adultes un enfants et 3 chiens mais quand nous sommes arriver samedi dans la nuit 1 ère mauvaise surprise je me suis rendu compte qu'il manquait un lit dans une des chambes alors que dans l'annonce il est indiqué 7 lits, ensuite j'ai attendu l'ouverture de l'agence qui on étais très sympa et on pu me prêter un lit bas de gamme mais un lit tout de même. L'appartement en lui même n'est pas fait pour 7 personne bien qu'il soit très jolie que ce soit pour le frigo trop petit ou bien la table extérieur avec seulement six chaises. la propreté laisse vraiment a désirer cheveux et poils dans la douche/lavabo et dans les draps des lit, graisse de cuisson sur la hôte et dans le four et pour finir nous avions le store de la chambre qui étais casser mais a pu être réparé et pour ne pas se sentir seul nous avions le droit a des petit compagnon tel que fourmis ou blattes de la taille d'un doigt ! Pour le quartier et les alentours le tour est vite fait 3 restaurant et rien d'autre, pour la plage l'accès est direct c'est un bon point, l'accès a la ville se fait par une sorte de départementale qui n'est pas bien éclairé donc très dangereux la nuit avec des enfants pour aller se balader ou manger une glace. Le soir de notre arriver nous avons reçu un très mauvaise accueil, je pourrais même qualifier sa d'agression vu la façon dont il nous on parler et traîter, et pour les chiens c'est invivable impossible de se balader sans recevoir une réflexion.
