Newly renovated Villa Eive in Kiziltas with private pool and great sea views

Stunning & unique detached holiday villa salt water private large swimming pool combining Turkish flair with Mediterranean style. Newly renovated Villa Eive offers luxurious, spacious and varied accommodation, the living area is comfortably furnished in a simple, uncluttered and stylish way, with the shaded and furnished patio areas adding extra living space for members of a larger party seeking a quiet corner.

All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished to a high degree with all modern appliances as well as little extras to make your holiday perfect. It is a 10 minute stroll to the harbour of Kalkan which boasts many shops and fine restaurants. The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages.

Inside the villa is an open plan living area with a large corner sofa, a double seater and an armchair, log burner and TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has built in appliances. Kitchen patio doors open onto another al fresco dining area. BBQ is situated near to the outdoor shaded dining area which comfortably seats 6 people.

All bedrooms are en suite and have private balconies offering great sea views of Kalkan islands. The master bedroom leading out onto the roof terrace is great to enjoy the incredible stars by night.

The villa has a small home office in case you need to do a bit of work. The office has a monitor, desk and chair so bringing your own laptop will be enough to do some 'work form home'

Villa Eive is superb

Pictures don’t do justice to the size of both the Villa and the pool area - both are superb. Everyone involved in our stay were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond to help us enjoy an amazing 2 weeks in Kalkan. One of the only holidays we have had where a return is likely and this is down to the people and the town of Kalkan delivering an amazing time. Well done to all

Parfait ! Une villa de haut standing

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette villa, très bien située, très proche du centre de Kalkan avec un supermarché juste en face de l’entrée de la villa ! La villa était très propre, sent bon à l’intérieur, très bien équipée et vraiment très belle, avec une architecture et une décoration soignée avec beaucoup de cachet ! Le propriétaire Kemal a été très disponible et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le gestionnaire Batuhan nous a accompagné du début à la fin et à pris le soin de demander de nos nouvelles régulièrement. La terrasse est grande, avec de beaux meubles (chaises longues, salon de jardin etc.), la piscine est grande et entretenue tous les jours. Le barbecue est fonctionnel. Les prestations de la villa sont vraiment de qualité. Il n’y a vraiment rien à dire. C’est parfait, je recommande fortement. Je n’hésiterai pas à la relouer à l’avenir.
