On this level there is a large bedroom with full ensuite bathroom (including a bath) a hallway leading to the the lounge, the kitchen dining room and access to the second staircase that takes you to the stunning loft conversion room.
Please note that the 2 good sized bedrooms are situated on different floors - one bedroom is on the first floor at the rear of the property whilst the other bedroom is up a flight of stairs in a wonderful loft conversion. We want guests to be aware of the sleeping arrangements as although this is the perfect set up for some guests it may not be ideal for guests with young children which is why we have suggested that the property might be best suited to slightly older children aged 10 / 12 yrs and over.
The bedroom on the first floor is a lovely light and bright bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a large walk in shower, a double vanity and a full size bath. This bedroom is made up with 2 single beds.

In addition there are full length blackout curtains and the other window in this room has a roman blind.
Along the hallway is a large comfortable living room with 2 good sized sofas and a 43inch wall mounted Smart TV. The room has wonderful high ceilings and a large bay window once again showing off the stunning sea views. There is a media unit that runs the length of this room that has cupboards containing board games and books. Above the cupboards are shelves showcasing a number of objects that are for display only and as such, we politely ask that guests don’t touch or move these items. The living room also has cosy throws and cushions, a coffee table, a sideboard and side table and an electric fireplace.
Next door to the living room is a well equipped and spacious kitchen dining room. This incredibly light and bright room has amazing sea views from the bay window and from the 2 sets of French doors that lead out onto the 2 balconies.
