This beach side marine property is direct beach access from the garden. With a small protecting wall to step over, you are there onto your beach to enjoy.
7 Aldwick Avenue is a modern three bedroom house with a large private garden, parking for several cars, with a park with in 200 meters and beach cafe.
It has a large kitchen diner with garden access, dining room with garden access and a raised lounge giving views across the sea and also garden access.
There is a large raised patio from the loung, a patio from the dining room and a large patio at the end of the garden all with great sea views.
Three comfortable bedrooms, two with beach views and one with balcony access.
Two bathrooms ( one En-suite) and a ground floor shower room.
Beautifully furnished and equipped plus a table football table in the dining room.
Only a few miles from Chichester and Goodwood plus many other local attractions.

Short but beautiful break

We only stayed at this wonderful place a couple of nights after visiting family in London, but is was one of our bests vacations. The house is splendid. The ocean view spectacular. Rooms are specious and tastefully decorated. All the basic facilities you need and more. Contact with the owner was quick, helpful and friendly. We will fondly remember the evening Beachwalks at ebb.I will recommend this place in a heartbeat!

House and location were wonderful with the beach right at the end of the garden. Views of the sea from bedrooms and living room and everything you need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful break on the beach

Comfortable home right on the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Excellent accommodation, with views of the sea. Very clean with every facility you might need. Easy access to Chichester and Arundel and lots of excellent pubs in the area. Thoroughly recomend!

Aldwick Avenue is a lovely place, 100m from our previous home. The garden is excellent and to be able to walk straight onto Aldwick Beach caps it all.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful week with our 8 year old daughter and grandmother. The beds are comfortable and the house was exactly as decribed. The house is located in a quiet side street and you find a park with playground across the street. I had the best communication ever, very kind, quick and always reachable

Fantastic holiday, home from home! Amazing views of the sea (even better than the pictures!!), spacious, very clean throughout and has everything you need. Great location with the pier, shops, takeaways and restaurants all within a 20 min walk or short drive! Only 20 mins to Chichester and 40 mins to Worthing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! takeaways

Did what it said on the box. Fabulous. Only observation was the cooker. We hardly did any cooking as we tend to eat out. We always check the obvious - cooker etc. It was a bit sticky round the door and inside. Not criticizing just a observation. Not sure if you have paid cleaners but sometimes this things get overlooked. Thank you for a wonderful break on the best week so far this year. Sunny June.

A very relaxing holiday

We have been coming to this house for 3 years. The position is perfect for daytime beach fun and evening strolls along the shoreline. This house has everything you want in a holiday home.

We bought is fantastic house to enjoy the views from Selsey Bill across the bay towards Brighton. It is great in the summer but also wonderful at all times of the year just to sit in the lounge and watch the sea or walk along the beach .
