Every thinng was Perfect. It is lovely little property with great views right on the beach. Very cosy and comfortable. Sofas were comfy with great recliners.Beds super comfy. An added bonus was a downstairs bedroom with ensuit, perfect for my 91 year old Mother who can't do stairs. Lovely little gem of a property and well worth a visit.Tvs in each bedroom and a large Smart tv with Sky in the living room.We Would definitely like to go again.Thankyou to Margaret the host.

Had a lovely long weekend in this beautiful clean house with sea views, I often holiday in Selsey but this is the best I’ve stayed in, so comfortable as well, it has everything you need, I will definitely book again

Ladies fun break on the Selsey coast

Comfortable, clean in a bracing area.A bus stop opposite to Chichester much appreciated. Enjoyed the shops, restaurants and theatre. Loved having a terrace overlooling beach but very windy.Beautiful sands at West WitteringAccommodation good for the five of us.

Family weekend

Excellent base for our weekend. The house was even better than we expected, so clean and well equiped. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite were ideal for mum and we were surprised how spacious the upstairs befrooms were. We enjoyed sitting and watching the waves and the ships. You can see Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight from the garden. We would love to come again and spend longer as we had such a lovely time.

we have used the property many time and also clean ready to get into All new sitting room furniture so the photos don't do it justice paying for late check out worked this time for us Perhaps a little spruce up outside may be good but will definitely be going back again

Had a fantastic 4 night stay, weather was fantastic, so sitting outside watching some beautiful sunsets was amazing, could see Isle of Wight as clear as anything and even saw a seal. The living room has been updated from the photos and is very nice & comfy. Only downside was the water. If someone was running the water upstairs the shower ran cold downstairs apart from that had a lovely stay and would happily return.The Boulevard Selsey is a 10 minute walk and would highly recommend, we had dinner and a breakfast all reasonably priced, good variety and very well cooked and presented

Wonderful property.

The position of the house was perfect, to just sit and watch the sea was bliss. The house has been refurbished throughout and was so comfortable and modern looking. I had gone for a short stay to check out if suitable for myself and a more disabled friend to stay in June. It will be good but the toilets despite having hand rails are very low, but we can bring a raiser now we know. It seemed to us that they had thought of everything one would need and I cant wait to return in a month.

Selsey is a quiet town with quaint old shops bakery butcher etc
The town is a short walk from the house.
The house is on the sea front you can spend all day watching the the boats and the tide going in and out.
