Located just steps from the beach right on the promenade is this modern lower-level apartment that has been styled and designed with your comfort in mind.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a sun-filled lounge, 4 well-appointed bedrooms, and a decked garden oasis overlooking the ocean.

Walk to Marine Gardens Park next door and try the local fish and chips then walk along the beach for 10 minutes and into the heart of this charming seaside town and everything it has to offer.

The Space:
Make your way inside the apartment where you are greeted with modern seaside style and design that takes advantage of the incredible uninterrupted views from the large custom windows.

Gather together in the open living room with two plush sofas that surround the matching ottoman and the large wall-mounted Smart TV giving you access to all your favourite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained.

Off the living area is the little reading nook by the large picture window where you can delve into your latest book while you sip on a cup of tea in the matching Eiffel chairs.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a full-size American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, a double toaster and an oven with a sleek induction hob.

Serve your meals at the beautiful Hamptons style dining table with seating for eight, or on a sunny day, open up the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space and eat together on the decked front garden while you listen to the sounds of the waves.

There are four bedrooms within the apartment with each offering comfortable beds topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
Bedrooms one and two both offer inviting double beds while the third and fourth bedrooms are perfect for families with a twin room and a bunk room offering two single beds in each and toys to keep the little ones entertained.

The four bedrooms share the main family bathroom with a full size tub and overhead shower along with a second shower room and a separate toilet W/C.

Outside guests are welcome to sit out in the rear garden with picnic tables that are shared with the apartment above. Or take a walk through the park next door where you can drop into Aldwick Beach Café and sit under a tree while you tuck into some delicious fish and chips.

Step across the promenade and onto the beach where you can take full advantage of the long sunshine hours this beautiful seaside town is known for. Then walk along the beach for ten minutes and you'll be right in the heart of Bognor Regis with its boutique shopping, top restaurants, the historic Picturedome and the beautiful pier.

So if you are looking for a great central place to call home just steps from the beach, steps to the park all while being surrounded by cafes, restaurants and attractions, look no further than this charming beachfront apartment with some of the best views in town!

First-floor Apartment - For larger parties interested in renting the whole building. The first-floor apartment sleeps 11 across 6 bedrooms so it is possible to sleep 19 in total! Contact us for availability.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as free Wi-Fi. The garden is open to guests, but it is shared with the apartment above.
PARKING:
One space is allocated for no.12 at the back of the property by the garage. The driveway is 2.44 metres wide at its narrowest, it’s fine for normal cars but may be too tight for anything larger.
Additional Cars - please either park for free on the road behind Marine Drive West (stocker road) or there is parking out the front which is free 1st October - 31st March and paid at the meter all other times, (70p per hour).

The Neighborhood:
Known for long sunshine hours and vintage English coastal holiday charm with unspoilt beaches and delicious ice cream on the prom. Think kite-surfers riding white-tipped waves, all the fun of family amusements and bucket-and-spade frolics in the sand.

You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas, from the beautiful coastline to the shops, restaurants, the famous Pier, playing some Crazy Golf, visiting the Museum, ride on the promenade Land Train, or taking a walk in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis has a variety of attractions and things to see and do.

Other places to see within the Bognor Regis area include the villages of Felpham, Middleton-On-Sea, the West End and Pagham. Felpham is where the famous Poet, William Blake once lived and the cottage can still be seen to this day. Each village has its own character and selection of shops. There is plenty to keep you and the whole family entertained in Bognor Regis and with the likes of Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton right on our doorstep, there is lots to explore within a short drive away.

From locally caught seafood to indulgent desserts, incredible local produce, to restaurants from around the world including Indian, Polish, Italian and Spanish cuisine, local produce, ice cream parlours, burger bars, authentic cuisine and alfresco seaside dining …the list goes on!

The bustling town centre houses popular High Street stores, coffee shops as well as plenty of places to dine then head out and enjoy a drink or two with some of the biggest and busiest nightclubs in West Sussex.

Going east you’ll find Brighton, under an hour’s drive away, while London is an hour and 40 minutes on the train.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with your own car or rental with free parking included with your stay.

With the great central location, guests can leave the car behind and walk along the beach to the center of town in around 10 minutes.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The bus service in Bognor Regis is incredibly frequent, with a bus stop just 3 minutes from the apartment, making it the most convenient and cost-effective form of transport.

Great beach front property
The property is very well equipped, it has absolutely everything you need for a stay, they have thought about all the guests needs. The property is spotlessly clean too. Location wise, straight on the beach front. The negatives for us were simple…. The property sits next to a hotel / cafe and the deliveries are constant - we were not aware of this when booking. On a Friday alone, there were 3 deliveries at about 7am and then the bin men. The drivers felt the need to stand around outside bedroom windows having a full on chat with each other! The property upstairs is also rented and sadly whilst there, these guests were less than considerate. They were so noisy until gone 2am in the morning. Stumping and running around and loud generally. Then the road the property sits on is really busy and you can hear the traffic loud and clear, regardless of the double glazing. It’s such a shame, as the property is fab, but the negatives did impact our stay.

Bognor regis seafront property
Lovely property with sea views, front and use of back garden. Great for elderly with reduced mobility. All on one level. Great location to explore local area and beyond. Local shops and town within walking distance. Good for wheelchair users as area flat and can walk along promenade for a long way. Would recommend for families with children and anyone.
