Wonderful home 2min walk to Beach on private beach road, close to West Wittering

This wonderful spacious seaside home is very close to the beach and local shops/ amenities. It has plenty of off street parking and a large secure fenced garden, perfect for families water sports enthusiasts, Goodwood, birdwatching (there is a RSPB reserve 15 minutes walk away, walkers and dogs owners.

Bracklesham Bay is much quieter than the nearby East & West Wittering (which are only a 5min drive away), you will find you have a lot more space to yourself on the beach!

The property is very well equipped and maintained to a high standard.

The two large living areas provide plenty of comfortable space for family gatherings.

It has a spacious private enclosed garden that is perfect for relaxing in, there is a large terrace at the rear with a BBQ and dining area, sofa seating and a hammock between the beautiful established pine trees. There is a also a fire pit, small orchard and herb garden too.

The mattresses are all good quality and we use quality linen on our beds to ensure you get good comfortable nights sleep.

What makes this house fantastic is that it has plenty of space to relax and wind down.

It has a large open plan kitchen, (with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and gadgets etc including a full height fridge freezer).
It also has a breakfast bar leading to a generous dining area with snug sofa area by the back sliding door’s to the rear terrace. The fantastic south facing living room has french doors on to another sun terrace. There are 4 bedrooms, two have ensuite shower rooms with loos. It is a newly decorated modern home offering luxury and comfort with every attention to detail.

There is also an additional 5th bedroom with separate access that can be added for an additional fee (£75per night). This can be a twin or a superking.

We also provide a kayak, 2 Sup boards, 2 Surf boards and 2 body boards and various sized children’s and adults wet suits and life jackets for you to use free of charge.

All users of the water sports equipment must wear life jackets.

Notes: The village of Bracklesham is a 10min walk, Billys on the beach 5min walk and East and West Witterings are only a 5/10 minute drive from from the property and there is a good local bus service too. East Wittering village had a good array of shops providing a variety of local provisions including 2 traditional green-grocers, butchers, bakeries, 2 convenience supermarkets along with a variety of cafes, takeaways and restaurants. The beach is easily accessed across our road by two foot paths equidistant from the house 1 min walk. West Wittering Blue Flag beach and East Head Nature reserve with miles of white sandy beach and dunes are only a 10min drive away where there is a range of facilities including sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle-boarding, car parking and café. Nestled in the South Downs National Park, Goodwood is 11 miles away and holds the world famous Festival of Speed and Revival along with horse racing at 'Glorious' Goodwood. The historic walled city of Chichester is 8 miles with its stunning cathedral, theatre, cinema, excellent shops and a direct train service from London to Victoria (85 minutes). Drive East on the A27 to Arundel castle.
