Gallipoli, Lido San Giovanni, inside the Rosa Virginia Residence, one of the most popular places for tourists, we offer this comfortable apartment 50 meters from the sea and a stone's throw from the wonderful and immense white beaches of the Green Bay.

The house is new, in excellent condition, fully air conditioned and located on the first floor with sea view. Inside it is composed of a large living area with kitchen and sofa bed, there are two bright double bedrooms and a very comfortable and equipped bathroom.
The accommodation, in addition to having an exceptionally comfortable position, is enriched by a large balcony overlooking the pool, equipped with a sofa, large table and seats, ideal for splendid breakfasts at sunrise and aperitifs with the scent of summer sunsets.
