CHECK-IN INFORMATION: Check-in at the front desk. All guests must have a valid passport. A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX) or cash is required as there is a refundable US $250 charge for incidentals collected at check-in. Incidental charges may include on-site restaurant/bar expenses, spa services, golf cart rentals, property damage or extra cleaning fees. Upon check-out, if there is a remaining balance of the incidental fee collected, it will be refunded accordingly.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 3RD – DECEMBER 20TH)
Full refund if cancelled 15+ days prior to arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
No refunds if canceled within 2 days prior to arrival date
There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather or other acts of God.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
