Apartment next to Barceloneta beach with incredible sea views
Cozy 2-bedroom apartment for rent with views of the sea, the port of Barcelona and the entire Barcelona skyline, very sunny and in the best area of the Barceloneta neighborhood, right in front of the beach.
It is a 50 square meter apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a living room with an integrated kitchen in the same space. The apartment is rented fully equipped, with all appliances, a set of sheets and towels. Ideal to enjoy your stay without worrying about anything else.
Enjoy a south orientation, with sun throughout the day and from which you can see the sunset every day.
The apartment is just 1 minute walk from the sand of the beach.
It is offered for temporary rentals from 32 days (lower rentals are not accepted) and a maximum of 3 months.
The rental price (€2,700) is for summer rentals (June to September). Up to 3 tenants are accepted maximum and pets are not authorized in the house.
The cost of bills (electricity, water) will be charged separately according to consumption.
2 months deposit are requested, which will be returned at the end of the rental if the apartment is returned in the same conditions as it was delivered. At the end of the rental, the tenant must pay the cost of cleaning the apartment (approx. €70).
