Spacious villa in the residential area of Cala Gonone, in the utmost tranquillity and with an enchanting sea view. Developed on two levels, it consists on the ground floor of a large living area composed of a living room and dining room communicating with a large terrace furnished with table and chairs with wonderful sea view and where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation, fully equipped kitchen with access to a patio, first double bedroom and bathroom; going up the stairs you reach the sleeping area where there are a second double bedroom with private bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
