Less than 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Gesù, from here you can walk to all the points of interest in the historic center and the famous pizzerias, supermarkets, minimarkets, ATMs, typical shops and pharmacies.

Guests have access to the entire very bright room with private bathroom and to the common area, with sofas, a smartworking station and the availability of a washing machine and dryer to be shared with the other guests of the structure.
THE BED
Linen and towels are provided free of charge.
There is a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).
Always in the room: mirror, coffee table, wardrobe, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is internal and private. We provide free toiletries, hairdryers, toilet paper, rugs and towels.
The bathroom products are: shampoo and body soap.
CLEANING
We clean the room before check-in, paying particular attention to sanitizing with special products!
INTERNET

The router is in the room, so speed is guaranteed.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The room has an air conditioning unit that you can control. It also works as a heater. As a result, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.

The room is located on the 6th floor of a building without a lift. The stairs are not particularly high to climb!
CHECK IN
Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to the Italian security law.
NOISE
The room is extremely quiet and there is no noise.
There is no traffic as we are not on a busy road.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!
PRIVACY
The room is private and is located inside a building with other small units intended for guests. For this, it is possible to meet other people on the ground floor.

A: No, but the aerator is new and works very well

There is no lift in the building and it is only accessible by stairs to be taken on foot.

In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
