Nice stay
The house was nice - not as big as it looks in the pictures but these are an accurate reflection of the place overall.
It’s well-located and very quiet although a map would have been very helpful.
Check-in and engagement was good but we did have to wait a while for a response to a (minor) pre-arrival query.
The property was generally clean and very tidy. I have extremely high expectations and there were a few small aspects that disappointed - some crumbs on the kitchen counter; a tissue under one bed and a hair band under another. Generally though, I would say it was 95% there.
It was very warm even though we turned down the thermostat- they could probably save a packet by adjusting the temperature!
The only really frustrating thing was the lack of towels - a small bath towel and a hand towel for each person, plus one tea towel for three days was really not enough.
Overall though, the property was a good find in a lovely city.
