Excellent stay

Lovely apartment very close to Disneyland and kitted out with everything we needed for a lovely few days. Carrefour express and some great restaurants nearby - Pizza Solo, tapas further down both great. Very handy for RER too.

Great location, excellent staff!

Lovely spacious apartment a mere stone's throw from the Disneyland parcs, also the area of Chessy is great too, with many nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Stephane Plaza staff were also great, greeting us on arrival to show us around and answer any questions.. they also came out to visit us to help with a small problem we had within minutes of calling them. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended!

October Half term break

We drove from England with our three children to spend a few days in Paris and 4 days in Disney. We originally intended to get the metro but ended up walking to Disney as it only took around 20 minutes and meant we avoided queues on the metro or buses. The apartment was clean and well presented, having the shopping centre down the road was handy for lazy days.

Close to Disneyland

Convenient for Euro Disney. The VRBO listing shows 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is only one bathroom with a shower that floods the floor if you are not careful. There is a separate toilet room. Only 2 bedrooms and a double convertable sofa in lounge. The apartment was clean but the rugs etc look tired and worn (not as shown in photos). Likwise the rear garden was overgrown. The land at the rear appeared as if the project had been left incomplete with taped off areas and rough ground. It is walkable to shops and centre ville and Auchan supermarket. Accessible with good size lift to all floors. Underground free car parking available too but space for this apartment was too narrow for my Audi Q7 so I parked in the street.

problĂšme de plomberie

Nous avons dans l’ensemble peu apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jourEn fait, on a trouvĂ© vraiment deux gros problĂšmes, le premier est un problĂšme de plomberie car il n’y avait qu’une seule salle de bain(ce que nous avions) mais le seul lavabo Ă©tait bouchĂ©. Nous avons appelĂ© le gĂ©rant pour qu’il vienne rĂ©gler le problĂšme, mais cela n’a rien changĂ©le deuxiĂšme problĂšme que l’on pourrait donner sur cet appartement, c’est que le parking est absolument inutilisable. À moins d’avoir une petite voiture sans permis l’accĂšs est trĂšs compliquĂ©. Du coup nous nous sommes garĂ©s dehors tout le temps.
en fait, Ă  peine l’utilisation du robinet que directement l’eau s’accumule et ne s’évacue pas.

Guter Standort, viele kaputte GegenstÀnde

Das Objekt liegt sehr gut, um mit der Bahn nach Paris oder ins Disneyland zu fahren. Es gibt ein großes Einkaufszentrum vor Ort. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet. Vom Balkon kann man abends ein bisschen was vom Feuerwerk von Disneyland sehen. Leider ist viel kaputt oder im schlechten Zustand, auch war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Uns wurde vorher nichts vom schlechten Zustand (Badezimmermöbel, Handtuchhalter, ein Kinderbett und ein Stuhl waren kaputt, die WĂ€nde waren dreckig) gesagt. Uns wurden auch keine Erstattungen bewilligt (außer ein Raumdeo, da das Bad nicht gut roch, aber das nur, wenn wir den Kassenzettel aufbewahrt hĂ€tten). Da es aber ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt ist, um Paris und Umgebung zu besuchen und die Möbel ja vielleicht auch mal repariert werden, gibt es 3 Punkte.

FlusslÀufig zum Disneyland in 20min

Hallo, die Wohnung, das Haus und die Umgebung machen insgesamt einen sauberen Eindruck. Die Betten waren bezogen, HandtĂŒcher lagen bereit. KĂŒche war sauber, habe sie allerdings nicht benutzt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht bzw. habe ich mehrmals versucht ĂŒber den Thermostat diese anzustellen aber die Heizkörper wurden nicht warm. Toilette und Bad sind separat, in der Toilette gibt es allerdings kein Waschbecken, dafĂŒr aber eine Waschmaschine. Die Dame die den checkin gemacht hat spricht u.a. deutsch und ist wohl bis 22:30uhr erreichbar. Alles in allem ein guter Startpunkt zum Disneyland. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Haben das Auto nur fĂŒr die Fahrt nach Paris 40min genutzt. Ach ja, die Wohnung liegt im EG, hat einen Garten und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. WĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Une excellente communication

L’équipe de gestion est extrĂȘmement dynamique et proactive!! Elle est toujours Ă  l’écoute des clients. Par exemple, nous avons eu un problĂšme avec la cuisiniĂšre aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e et le manager s’est dĂ©placĂ© Ă  22h30 pour venir Ă©valuer et rĂ©gler le problĂšme. Ma famille et moi avons Ă©tĂ© impressionnĂ©s!
