About this property

Comfortably furnished safari tent in the Dutch countryside

We have 3 luxuriously furnished safari tents on large plots. The safari tents are situated in the countryside of northern Netherlands, close to the cosy city of Groningen, the forests of Drenthe and the Frisian lakes. The safari tents have a kingsize bed and one or two bunk beds. The safari tents sleep 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, dining table with chairs and an outside terrace. There is free parking and WiFi and a private bathroom in the adjacent sanitary building.
There are two big ponds with waterlily's, a vegetable garden for you to pick from and some free roaming chicken. Your children will love to collect the eggs. There a binoculars in the tents for them to observe the animals. There is swimming in natural water in front of your accommodation. We have canoes for rent. Nearby is lake Leek where you can rent a sailing boat. The cosy city of Groningen is only 8 miles away and can be reached by bicycle. There are several quaint villages nearby. We have all the info in the safari tents. If you want, we can cook breakfast or dinner for you.Our beautiful safaritent Lisdodde is a cosy place in the countryside of Groningen. Close to the city, but also lots of outdoor activities. We offer you information about hiking and cycling, and free picks from our vegetable garden.

sehr schön fgelegen. Nette Hiulfsbereite AGstgeber. Tolel schwimmstelle auch für die Kinder ( springen vom Steg). Kanu verleih auch Top.Spiele für Outdor werden bereitgestellt! udn eien feuerstelle mit etwas Brennholz!

Sehr schön - Mal was anderes

Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig, liegt aber an Google Maps. Tante Google will in eine Sackgasse fahren, man muss aber von der anderen Seite kommen.Sehr schön und Ruhig gelegen, direkt am Wasser. Für Inhaber eines Vispas ideal.Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alles ist mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage gehabt, und ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Ontspannen en bibberen in de provincie

Een aparte ervaring. De bungalow/safaritent staat prettig privé en heeft vanaf de veranda een volkomen vrij uitzicht op de weilanden. In de verte een autoweg, maar die ligt gelukkig ver genoeg om hem te horen. Weidevogels, kikkers, prachtige luchten. Natuurlijk zou het prettig zijn geweest als wc en douche zich in of bij de tent bevonden, want zo blijft het toch (luxe) kamperen. Het zal waarschijnlijk aan mij hebben gelegen, maar op de website van Lettelbert werd het mij niet meteen duidelijk dat het naar het sanitair toch even lopen is. Maar ach, een kniesoor. De bad- en wc-ruimte is smetteloos en comfortabel. Verder is de eigenaar/beheerder op een raadselachtige wijze steeds in de buurt als je hem nodig hebt, en is bovendien een prettige, behulpzame man. Het enige wat een beetje tegenviel, was de temperatuur binnen in de tent, met name 's nachts. We poogden de kachel te ontsteken, maar dat is ons niet gelukt. Overdag was het buiten een flink eind in de twintig, maar 's nachts (joggingbroek, trui en sokken aan, dubbel dekbed plus fleecedeken over me heen) mat mijn wekkertje een temperatuur van 8 graden...! Enfin, het echte buitenleven dus. Al met al is Lettelbert zeker een aanrader, zeker ook vanwege de ruimte om je heen en de kalme, vriendelijke onschuld van de provincie.
