MAIN DESCRIPTION
Country Lodge home is a small villa surrounded by nature and located at the gates of the city of Olbia and a few steps from the village of Porto Rotondo. The property, completely independent and free on four sides, consists of a kitchen-living room with a covered veranda, a double bedroom and two bathrooms for a total of four beds. From the terrace you could see a glimpse of the Gulf of Olbia.
The amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, seasonal WI-FI (May - October), TV, washing machine, BBQ and reserved parking spaces. The accommodation is the ideal place for a family or for couples looking for a place to relax and disconnect from the daily grind.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Country Lodge is the ideal refuge for lovers of nature and silence and can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is in fact surrounded by a splendid garden of flowers and trees of about 1000 square meters. In addition to the covered veranda with relaxation area, in the garden it is possible to dine al fresco taking advantage of the barbecue with a dedicated area.
Country Lodge is on one level, the living room is large and equipped with a TV corner with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and kettle. From the living room you then enter the sleeping area with double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside there is a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The nearest beach is about 7 km away.

INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
Country Lodge is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing and seaside holiday. The first sandy beach, the beautiful and renowned Marinella beach, is about 7 km away. The Terranova shopping center, located in a commercial area, is only 2 km away.
A few kilometers away, about ten minutes by car, you can reach Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes moor.

We recommend that guests have a car to reach the property; the car is equally essential during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
