It is located on the main square, Piazza Vittorio Veneto and is therefore close to the access roads to the sea, bars & restaurants, shops, pharmacies and the train station, all to make your holiday a moment of magical relaxation and easy fun.

Good location, but not quite what we ex

The unit was as depicted in pictures, and the location was excellent. Overall it was comfortable, however we did run into a few issues. Despite the cleaning fee included in the price, the unit did need some additional attention particularly in the kitchen, and we arrived to a full dishwasher. Very little information was provided before check-in which did require some back and forth with the owner to clarify. She did try her best to respond quickly, but the answers weren’t always helpful or accommodating. There is underground parking provided, but be aware that it is extremely tight and difficult to navigate into and out of. The internet did stop working, but it may have been due to a local storm. The air conditioner also stopped working in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was lacking some essential items that we have always received in other rentals, but the owner did not seem inclined to provide them after requesting them. After a few attempts at explaining this to the owner, she did attempt to order some extra items off Amazon for us but they did not arrive in time.

Dear Melissa, first of all thank you again for choosing us for your stay. I apologize again for having left you with clean dishes inside the dishwasher and not on the appropriate shelves, we pointed this out to the cleaning ladies ... they too can make mistakes but we continue to thank them for the meticulous work done on cleaning the apartment which is always impeccable. As for the rest, I am sorry for the problems you had in reaching us despite the address and detailed messages sent on the day of arrival with photos and descriptions of how to get there. We have been sending them to all our customers for years and we have never had difficulty getting them to reach us but we will take your ideas to improve. We are inclined to meet and satisfy all the requests of our customers and for this reason we made a last minute order but I repeat what I have already said: by law we cannot serve food and drinks; I understand the need for coffee (which we offered you through the on-site bar) but there are also rules that must be respected. I hope in any case that the beauty of Tropea, the strategic position of the apartment, the comfort of the accommodation itself, the internal parking and the possibility of using the reception for the delivery of packages in the days preceding your arrival have amply rewarded you.
