About this property
Modern 1 bed Raynes Park - 20 mins to Waterloo
Modern stylish 1 bed flat in the middle of Raynes Park.
Very conveniently located with Sainsbury’s next door and Waitrose 3 mins walk away. Raynes Park station is 2 mins walk away - trains are every 4-6mins and take 19-21 mins to/from London Waterloo. Ideally located for Wimbledon Village and the Tennis Championships.
Flat has been recently furnished with excellent quality furnishings. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with an extra single mattress under the bed for separate sleeping.
Raynes Park is a prime location renowned for being a leafy London suburb, only one mile from Wimbledon, with its own centrally based mainline station offering excellent, fast and frequent railway links to Waterloo and central London.
The High Street in Raynes Park has a wide variety of local shops and businesses including hotel, supermarket, coffee shops and gyms. It has a great local community feel. It is situated very close to the A3 with easy vehicular access to the M25, major airports, London, Surrey and the South West.
We are lucky to have a wealth of different cuisines on our doorstep, from authentic Italian pizzas at Lime and Thyme to tasty sushi at Japanese Hashi, and some authentic Korean food at Gaya.
Please note that the flat is on the second floor so there are some stairs to climb - two flights in total so not a problem for most but unfortunately the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Hi there and thanks for looking at this property on Worple Road.
I live in Raynes Park, London with my husband and three children. I live in a house that is literally just around the corner of this flat (1 mins walk) so I know the area very well!
I look forward to hosting you in Raynes Park sometime soon.
Kind regards
Samantha

What makes this property unique
Raynes Park high street is moments away from this property - literally a 1-2 minute walk.
Parking wise, there is parking right outside the property on a wide pavement. Please note, however, that this is not always accessible if blocked by cars parking on the road (they are permitted to park for short periods between 10am-4pm on weekdays). In this instance, free parking is available 1 min away on the driveway at the owner's residential property around the corner.
In terms of transport:
Rail: There are regular services from Raynes Park station to Waterloo, taking between 19-21 minutes.
Tube: Wimbledon station is the nearest Tube and is a train/bus ride away. It's Zone 3 on the District Line.
Bus: Raynes Park may not have its own Tube station, but it is well connected by bus. The 131 (to Tooting Broadway), 152 (to Pollards Hill), 163 (to Wimbledon) and 200 (to Mitcham) all serve Raynes Park. The 57 between Clapham Park and Kingston runs a 24 hour service, and Raynes Park also has a night bus, the N87, which travels between Aldwych and Kingston.
Road: As the area is situated on the busy A3, locals have the luxury of a 15-20 minute drive to the M25.
