Built in 2007, Birch Cottage has been given a contemporary cottage makeover, with the emphasis on comfort. Now beautifully presented with easy-on-the-eye decor, new furniture and furnishings throughout, all complemented with an attractive selection of artworks. Well-equipped and practical too, the owners have thought of everything to ensure you enjoy a relaxing holiday. All the rooms on the ground floor lead off the entrance hallway. The kitchen and sitting room overlook the rear garden with doors to open to invite in the sun on longer summer days. The dining room at the front of the house is just the spot for sharing a family meal, tucking into some fresh local produce. Upstairs on the first floor are three delightful bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second room with a super-king zip and link bed that can be made up as twin beds if preferred. Lastly, a twin room that features full-size single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, with showers in both, plus a bath in the family bathroom. A convenient cloakroom is located on the ground floor. The garden is fully enclosed, making it safe for little ones and furry friends to play while you tend to the barbecue.
Three miles from the coastal town of Cromer, Northrepps is an attractive North Norfolk village, principally made up of flint cottages with a smattering of thatched roofs, and is approached from all directions by pretty, meandering country lanes. Birch Cottage is a perfectly positioned holiday retreat and a great base for families, couples and friends looking to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline and the many inland attractions.
