LUXURY VILLA NAUTILUS Heated pool & Spa:
Spectacular villa in La Palmita de Adeje only a few minutes from the golf course Costa Adeje. The villa is close to all the

most famous beaches of the coast. The total area of the plot is 2500 square meters, 700 meters built house.

A very spacious and bright luxury villa with glass windows. There are many possibilities for relaxation and leisure.

At 22 km from Tenerife South airport.

It has a private heated swimming pool of 18m x 6m. Large surrounding area with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and

barbecue. There is also a balcony fitted out as a solarium. All with sea views.

It has a large covered garage.

It is distributed in 5 bedrooms with extra large beds and dressing rooms, 5 bathrooms en suite, 3 of them with

hydromassage bathtub with shower.

Maximum capacity of 10 people.



With fully equipped kitchen including a maxi fridge, vitro, oven, microwave,

capsule coffee machine, toaster, juicer, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

Air conditioning and free wifi throughout the villa.



There is an interior lift and stairs allowing access to all floors.

The layout of the villa includes a large and bright living room with large windows, which open onto the terrace and

heated swimming pool and let in the light and brightness of the idyllic island climate.

There is also a gym, a sauna and 3 showers with different jets. Staying in this villa you can enjoy a whole spa and all the

opportunities offered by its multiple stays.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.

Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.



For lost keys there is a supplement of 100,00 euros for the change lock.

In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00.

During the week our staff will take care of cleaning and maintenance of the pool/garden.

There is a supermarket and a restaurant just over a kilometre away.

To go to the beach it is advisable to rent a car to visit the different beaches of Costa Adeje.

IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, ALL OUR CLOTHING is treated with oxygen, DISINFECTED

and controlled by laboratories!

Dirty, Old, Tired and in the middle of a building site!

This property is old and tired with a lot of the amenities that were listed not working. The 'so-called' spa had an empty plunge pool, the sauna had no instructions or obvious switches to work. The exercise machines were old, creaky and did not work properly. The swimming pool was disgusting upon arrival - mountains of leaves and an empty beer can as decorations!! We were told that the pool cleaner would come the following day, as well as the gardener - shouldn't this all be ready upon your arrival!! On top of this, the tired building is sited in amongst a major building site with non-stop noisy work, all day, every day, creating huge amounts of dust. None of this is highlighted on feedback or by VRBO or the host. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Es ist alles in die Zeit gekommen. Keine Reparaturen und Ausbesserungen. Um diese Miete sollte der Tisch nicht wackeln und das Tischtuch nicht 20 Jahre alt sein.
