Our penthouse is located very close to the river. As soon as you are on the other side, you will be in the old town of Málaga. Every interesting places have walk distance like the Plaza de la Constitución (500m), the shopping street Larios (600m) 'Museo del Vino' (Wine Museum) 550m, Picasso Museum (1100m) and the Malaga Cathedral (1000m) If you wish to enjoy a day at the beach, 'La Malagueta) is 2,8km from the property and we recommend to talk the walk through Paseo del Parque, which has different kind of trees and also a good idea when it is hot. The Rosaleda Stadium is 1,2km far away. If you come by train from the airport or main train station Maria Zambrano, the distance to the flat from the station is 1km (Centro Alameda station)
This penthouse has recently been renovated. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You will have microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge etc. The bathroom offers shower. Should you need to wash clothes, there is a 'Lavomatic' on Pelayo street, 600m from the property. It has Smart TV so you are able to watch Netflix, Amazon, with your own login.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
