The neighborhood is very quiet, there are bars, supermarkets, sports center. 100 and 50 meters there are two public parking where you can park if you are driving. The apartment has fully equipped lounge with TV and sofa bed, air conditioning and heating, 1,35c room with bed, closet, bathroom with tub and bright. CTC-registration No 2016102087

-- SP Se trata aqui de dos estancias, en noviembre-diciembre 2017 y mayo 2018. El apartamento, que totalmente corresponde a la descripción, se ubica en un edificio reciente con una arquitectura clasica en Málaga con un patio central. Lo que permite vivir y disfrutar de la vida española sin las hipocresías de los lugares turisticos. Hay un monton de pequeñas tiendas alrededor del piso donde se vende todo lo que se necesita en un hogar. Un barrio vivo pero tranquilo. Cerca del centro, pero a 25 minutos de la playa andando. Parece un poco lejos, pero es una vantaja. Te permitira perder el peso ganado en todos los restaurantes, heladerias, pastelerias y bares que se encuentran sobre tu camino ! Si, una vida muy agradable, volvería a Málaga. -- FR Il s'agit ici de deux séjours, en novembre - décembre 2017 et mai 2018. L'appartement, qui correspond totalement à la description, se trouve dans un édifice récent avec une architecture classique à Malaga avec une cour centrale. Ce qui permet de vivre et de jouir de la vie espagnole sans les hypocrisies des lieux touristiques. Il y a un tas de petits magasins autour de l'appartement où se vend tout ce dont on a besoin dans un foyer. Un quartier vivant mais tranquille. Près du centre, mais 25 minutes avant de la plage en marchant. C'est un peu d'aspect, mais c'est un avantage. Cela permettra de perdre le poids gagné dans tous les restaurants, les glaciers, les pâtisseries et les bars qui se trouvent sur ton chemin ! Oui, une vie très agréable, je reviendrais à Malaga. -- EN It is here about two stays, in November-December, 2017 and May, 2018. The apartment, which corresponds totally to the description, is in a recent building with classic architecture in Málaga with a central court. What allows to live and to enjoy the Spanish life without the hypocrisies of the tourist places. There is a heap of small stores around the apartment where is sold all which we need in a home. An alive but quiet district. Near the center, but 25 minutes before of the beach by walking. It is a little aspect, but it is an advantage. It will allow to lose the weight won in all the restaurants, the ice-cream makers, the cake stores and the bars which are on your path! Yes, a very pleasant life, I would return to Málaga !
