This duplex-style, tastefully-furnished holiday rental is made up of two floors:



On the main floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with plenty of closet space, a brand new bathroom and open-plan kitchen with all the facilities one needs in a holiday home.



The dining / living room open-plan area gives onto a small balcony to enjoy the lively street life.



A staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a large terrace that looks onto Malaga's picturesque church, San Juan.



This comfortable holiday home features hi-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating throughout the property.

Lovely apartment with roof top terrace

Perfect apartment in prime location. Close to shops, cafes, restaurant and museums. Despite being centrally located, the apartment is very quiet and you can be sure to get a good nights . Solaga's staff are always helpful, kind, trustworthy, punctual, flexible and super professionel. We have used Solaga several times, and I can highly recommend them. Everything was perfect.

A wonderful situation in the heart of Malaga

We were very impressed by the Solaga team, they were all friendly and helpful. The apartment is very centrally located with everything you need nearby and lovely restaurants and shops with Malaga mainly pedestrianised. We highly recommend staying here!

We found this unit in Malaga to be just what we were looking for. Clean and spacious and well equipped for 2. The roof top terrace was very nice, albeit the spiral staircase to access it is for the able bodied only. Communications with the property manager were quick and helpful.The location was very convenient and yet quiet, being located on pedestrian only streets. A real oasis among the chaos of Malaga.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful newly renovated apartment. The location is excellent if you want to explore the historic center of Malaga. The apartment is lovely, with all the amenities matching the description. Communication with the managing company was seamless and easy, and the agents were extremely responsive whenever their assistance was needed. Looking forward to coming back!

The apartment is super cozy and equipped with everything you need. We immediately felt very comfortable! Drinking a coffee in the morning and a delicious wine in the evening on the great terrace is simply wonderful! We will definitely book this apartment again. Wonderful spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 nights at this apartment. Check-in and out was easy with Theresa. Very nice. She was very informative with the apartment and restaurants. Quick to respond via message. The location of this apartment was perfect. Short walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved it. Thank you :)

Delightful Dolores apartment!

This is an ideal apartment for a stay in Malaga’s beautiful old town. It’s a stylish and well equipped apartment, with absolutely stunning views looking into San Juan church. The roof terrace is wonderful with comfortable sofa and chairs, with a sunbed. Everything is so close by, including cafes, restaurants & bars as well as shops, art galleries and the amazing Atranzanas market! The Solaga staff were so helpful & friendly. We have now stayed in several Solaga apartments and every time we are delighted!

We loved this place

We loved this place so much, we immediately asked if we could extend our stay for a few more days. Unfortunately for us, it was booked, but it was the highlight of our time in Spain so far. Great location, Steffen & Teresa were great in communication and check in, and everything is nice and new. The rooftop is also lovely and right across from the church tower. It was nice to have someone meet us there in person for the check in and the check out. Highly recommend!

A nice apartment, with a large kitchen area and cosy but adequate living area, bedroom was a good size with a walk in wardrobe, the air conditioning was brilliant, walking back into the apartment after a long enjoyable and hot sunny day was great. We primarily book apartments that have a roof terrace and this one was ok, although I was a little surprised that previous reviewers hadn't mentioned the very tight spiral staircase needed to access this roof terrace and how it might impact on some users. Personally it was fine but we gave up trying to navigate the stairs with plates of food and drink for breakfast or a night cap as it was just too much of a faff.
