NOTE: WALKING DISTANCE TO INDIAN WELLS TENNIS GARDEN-Located in privately gated community of Mountain Cove this unit offers resort living at its finest. Relax on the wrap around patio as you watch golfers challenging their skills on the adjacent Indian Wells Country Club course. Walk or bike along a flower and tree lined bike trail. Play golf at the Indian Wells Resort or enjoy watching tournaments at Indian Wells Tennis Garden, both just minutes away. Bike/Walk to tennis garden. Due to city requirements I only rent for a minimum of one month. Cheaper to book by the month, than rent a hotel by the night, even if you do not stay the whole time. Thank you

Unit is on the golf course, first floor. Area quiet, upstairs hardly ever occupied. Parking is adjacent to unit. Only a few steps to the serene salt water pool. Two additional pools available on site.

Area has many attractions including: golf, tennis, walking, hiking, biking, shopping, theatres, night life, gourmet dining, concerts, and several casinos within twenty minutes.

Enjoy every minute with all the comforts of home in your desert oasis.

Will consider trade or house swap for time in another area. If you are interested please let me know what dates you are interested in, and what place, facilities, and dates you would be willing to swap for.

Comfy and cozy

Small, but comfortable without being too fancy. Great location, close to the pool and laundry room. Views were wonderful. I had no problems whatsoever! The side patio had great acoustics. I would stay there again. Thanks, Kathy, for sharing!

Causy little condo.

We loved our stay at the Montain Cove. Pros: - Great location, close to the montains and the golf - Quiet and secured place (gated community). - Well equiped condo. - Superb view - Great TV, lot of channels but no Golf channel. - Great internet speed. Cons: - The place was not cleaned when we got there but after we cleaned it up it was OK. - Weired smell, even with letting air in and Air Wick the smell was always there but after 5 minutes you get use to it. - Lots of bees at the pool, almost impossible to use it. - No fan over the stove. - Little bit small for a couple, great for a single person. Overall we appreciated our stay in this lovely community. Thanks Kathy

Great views and relaxing stay

Just got home from our month stay at this condo in Mountain Cove. The condo is located on the 14th green of the Indian Wells Golf Course. Enjoyed watching the golfers putt and all the cool golf carts. Lots of comfy chairs to choose from on the patio. The patio provides lots of shade from the sun but also has spots to sit and enjoy the sun. Pool location is very close and gets nice sun in the morning to mid afternoon. Loved using our pool toys on our pool days at the condo plus the large pool towels that were provided in the condo. The condo had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The unit is on the end and is very quite. Lots of parking close the condo. Great place for two people to stay for any length of time. Easy access to Highway 111 and not far from the free-way. Close to big box stores and the mall. Close to College of the Desert so you can enjoy the vendors and farmers market on Sunday and Saturday. Kathy the owner was great to deal with and was only a phone call away if you needed any assistance. Would stay again. Thanks Kathy.
