Temps nuageux mais joli appartement

Nous avons fait un sejour d'une semaine pour Paques, la météo n'a pas été clémente mais on a tout de meme eu 2 jours de soleil pour admirer l'eau turquoise de la sardaigne. L'appartement est dans un village de vacances, en hauteur avec une belle vue mer. L'appartement est spacieux avec une grande terrasse semi couverte. Les chambres sont grandes mais à la suite l'une de l'autre. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été sympathique. Il y a Pula à proximité pour les restaurants / glaces etc. Il y a egalement de grandes plages (attention, les parkings sont payants en été). Il y a également les ruines romaines de Nora à visiter. Bref, avec un meilleur temps ca aurait été vraiment génial !

Wir haben alles der Beschreibung entsprechend vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie bietet eine gute Ausgangslage zu sämtlichen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Südsardinien. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut und verbindlich funktioniert. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank & alles Gute.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einer großen Terasse mit Meerblick.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Nachrichtenaustausch funktionierte einwandfrei. Unterkunft konnte sogar früher bezogen werden, gute Ausgangsbasis um die Gegend zu erkunden. Parkplatz wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Ganz toll hervorzuheben ist das vorhandensein eines großen Sonnenschirms, den wir gern für den Strand genutzt haben. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und deshalb kann ich diese Unterkunft beruhigt weiter empfehlen.

Logement très agréable !

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans cet appartement équipé d'une très grande terrasse avec vue mer. Il était idéal pour notre famille avec 3 enfants qui ont beaucoup aimé la grande piscine ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giuseppina. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Klein, aber fein

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und für vier Personen gut. Die tolle Terrasse, der gute Pool und das nahe Meer haben den Urlaub gut abgerundet. Vielen Dank auch an Guiseppina für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Man hat einen wunderbaren Meerblick von der Terrasse und kann den Ausblick von der Liege aus genießen. Der Swimmingpool ist auch sehr schön.Wenn wir Abends nach dem Strandbesuch noch eine Runde geschwommen sind, hatten wir ihn für uns alleine. Von der Ferienwohnung aus war man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an den verschiedensten Stränden, die alle sehr schön in kleinen Buchten eingebettet sind. Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Giuseppina und ihrem Mann für den schönen Auffenthalt bedanken.

Splendido soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 gg in questa bella casa, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio dove non manca davvero niente. Il terrazzo vista mare è attrezzato con barbecue, sdraio prendisole e piante ornamentali. Si nota in tutta la casa la cura e la classe con cui è stata arredata. Il villaggio è molto ben tenuto e tranquillo con a disposizione una vasta piscina. Giuseppina e Antonello sono persone disponibili squisite e gentili, pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. È utile l auto ma anche a piedi o in bici si raggiungono le spiagge e negozi di Santa Margherita di Pula. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le belle spiagge di Chia (5 minuti di auto), Tuerredda (20 minuti) e Porto Pino (30 minuti). Da ritornare e consigliare! Ancora un grazie ad Antonello e Giuseppina. Eravamo io con la mia famiglia tuttto quello scritto rispecchia la verità. Le scale per raggiungere l'abitazione sono abbastanza, ma una volta su tutto il contorno riconpensa la fatica fatta.I signori gentilissimi ,nella casa non manca niente,nella camera grande si avverte un pò l'umidita, ma mi sa che noi abbiamo aperto la stagione (quindi inevitabile)Vacanza meravigliosa, posti come tutta la sardegna da lasciarci il cuore Tutto sommato giudizio positivo

une excellente semaine passée dans ce superbe appartement ! ! ! spacieux ,fonctionnel . la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer ,la piscine privée toute neuve et les environs nous ont offert de bons moments de détente et de repos,rien ne manque . l'accueil des propriétaires est lui aussi parfait , nous les remercions et souhaitons vivement revenir chez eux très vite! nous partagerons cette bonne adresse avec enthousiasme!

Great Location and views

We stayed as a couple, so the accommodation was very spacious. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The highlight is the terrace, which is large, with half of it covered so you can escape the midday sun. The view is fantastic. There is a very well maintained pool in the development, which was quiet while we were there. There are steps from the access road and parking area to the house, so people with mobility problems need to be aware of this. Location: close to the beaches, but 20 minutes walk, so we usually drove. The house is in a development on a hillside with fantastic views over the valley and towards the sea. The development was very quiet as most houses were empty when we were there. A car is essential. Cagliari is an easy 45 min drive away and is worth a visit. Lots of beautiful beaches along this stretch of coast - you are spoilt for choice! There are mountains to the north, which we drove through (be aware that the Santadi to Cagliari road, SP1, is not surfaced for 24km! But still an interesting drive). If you like wildlife, the birds at the "stagnos" near the coast to the west of Cagliari are great for Flamingos, egrets, etc and the Monte Arcosu WWF reserve NW of Cagliari is beautiful but accessible. Pula is a lovely town with lots of places to eat, otherwise you have pizzerias at the beaches. The closest shops are on the coast road, about 5-10 mins from the house. The owner was very helpful and friendly at the start and end of the stay. Thank you Giuseppina!

Zeer leuk huis dichtbij mooie kindvriendelijke stranden. Heel aardige en gastvrije eigenaren. Casa molto bene vicino al spiagge chi sono perfetto per i bambini. Propietari molto gentili e disponibili. Grazie!

Ottima Villa Pina

Consigliatissima. La struttura, descritta in maniera accurata e precisa, si e' presentata esattamente come l'avevamo immaginata, tra l'altro in in buonissimo stato, spaziosa e molto pulita. Proprietari gentilissimi. Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere a piedi le spiagge piu' vicine, sia come punto di partenza per le altre spiagge nei dintorni e per gite giornaliere fino a Carloforte. Da segnalare la grande terrazza con un bellissimo panorama, dove organizzare cene all'aperto e godersi la frescura notturna. L'auto e' comunque necessaria sia per raggiungere i centri abitati piu' vicini che per gli spostamenti serali, inolte e' indispensabile dopo aver fatto spesa nei market vicini per portare il tutto a casa (si trova su una collinetta). Unico punto negativo la piscina, che nel periodo del soggiorno e' apparsa non piu' utilizzata da molto tempo: non una gran perdita... visto il mare della Sardegna!

Siete stati ospiti simpatici ed educati ,ho preparato per loro la casa e tutto il contorno il meglio possibile ,mettendoli a disposizione in modo che il soggiorno fosse il più piacevole possibile . Sono contenta che tutto sia stato apprezzato , che la casa sia stata confortevole e che il mare il sole, la spiaggia abbiano dato il meglio. Vi ringrazio di essere stati miei ospiti ,spero di riaverli presto a casa mia, anche in altri periodi dell'anno ,come la primavera e l'autunno in cui Capo Blu è molto rilassante ,. e il mare e la spiaggia sono stupendi.Per la piscina avete ragione ma da oggi iniziano i lavori di ristrutturazione e per la prossima primavera vedrete che piscina ,anche se il mare non ha eguali.
