About this property

Our home is perfectly suited to families seeking a blend of privacy yet close to the city. Nestled within a serene environment, it is a generously sized house with five bedrooms. Location-wise, a few minutes walk to the old village of Chapelizod, where quaint pubs and delightful restaurants await you with the Phoenix Park right on our doorstep too.

Our house is detached and boasts five bedrooms with four bathrooms and three inviting living areas, while the large kitchen provides the perfect space to hang out too.

We hold deep respect for our neighbors and so we kindly request that only respectful individuals or families stay. We kindly ask that parties and events or loud outdoor noise be refrained from.

Parking is hassle-free, with room for two cars.

We wish to extend our utmost transparency by mentioning that there is some nearby construction. However, we are pleased to share that it has had minimal impact on our day-to-day living and finishes at 5:30 PM each weekday evening. We mention this out of politeness and to ensure you have all the necessary information.

Welcome to our contemporary property. It is modern and spacious, offering an inviting ambiance that is thoughtfully designed throughout. Our garden provides the ideal setting for relaxation on pleasant evenings, complete with comfy garden furniture. We ensure that our home remains refreshed and clean - although we plan on replacing the floor soon, so you may notice cracked tiles in the kitchen, which is covered with a rug.
