Outstanding two bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to six people. The apartments are located in the heart of Dublin, perfect for travellers and families as it is very close to Dublin's attractions, shopping centres, public transportation, and Temple Bar area. Perfect location for sightseeing! The apartments are fully furnished in an universal good taste and has been just refurbished , featuring a 32' plasma TV, wireless internet and the kitchen has standard appliances with cooking equipment etc.
Strictly Non Smoking throughout the property (except balconies). €200.00 fine will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Strictly No Parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. A noise disturbance will result in Garda Notification and a fine of up to €400.00.
Key Replacements due to lost or stolen keys could incur a fee of up to €200.00.
Guest must provide valid ID at the time of check in.

we were moved from an apartment that slept 6 on St Stephens Green to a crap apartment in a basement on Hatch Street, I am still fighting to have the difference in price refunded, owners are horrible
The apartment was perfect and in a great central location and nothing more than just a short walk away from everything. Would stay again!

water heater didn't work first 2 nights (Push BOOST to two hours)
Check in process is easy, but inconvenient that you need to go to a separate location. The location is fantastic. The apartment is loud at night, but the location makes up for it. Bring earplugs. The spacious apartment was perfect for our stay.
The location of this apartment is terrific. Great for walking to many attractions and restaurants.
There is construction across the street, but it didn't disturb me at all during the stay. However, the construction was just beginning.
A minus is the pub noise that went until after 1am. With the windows closed this was not an issue so I think this would only be a concern in the summer since the apartment is not air conditioned and you would sleep with the windows open. This is Dublin so many places have pub noise.
To check-in you have to go to their office first with your luggage and then go to the apartment. To check out you just leave the keys in the apartment and go.
I would probably stay here again.
The apartment was in a great location and very clean. We would consider staying there again.

Good but...
Checking in/out and communications throughout were flawless. The apt was smaller and less well equipped than anticipated, no info in apt as to how things worked, local suggestions, et al. Street noise was incredibly loud at night fr local pubs and traffic, making falling/staying asleep until after 1:30/2am close to impossible. It’s a convenient neighborhood but would not recommend or stay here again.
