Holiday home with 71 m² of living space in a peaceful setting at the end of a cul de sac. Inside you will find three bedrooms and a bright, spacious kitchen living area of 39 m², ideal for spending time together cooking, dining or relaxing. The house was renovated in 2021 and combines modern comfort with a welcoming holiday atmosphere. The property is situated on a large natural plot of 1,200 m², offering plenty of space for outdoor activities, games and relaxation in the fresh air. Children will enjoy the swing and sandbox, while adults can make the most of the open surroundings for sports or simply unwinding in nature. Facilities include free WiFi and a TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own providers and stay connected during your stay. The location is especially attractive: only 700 metres from the harbour of Bønnerup, where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of a traditional fishing harbour with boats, fish shops and a lively maritime setting. For swimming and sunbathing, the nearest good beach is just 200 metres away. The house is also well placed for exploring the attractions of Djursland, a region known for its varied coastline, charming villages, family friendly activities and natural beauty. Whether you prefer quiet days by the water, cycling tours through the landscape, or day trips to local sights, this holiday home is a comfortable base for your vacation. No rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
