Casa Campanil, Corralejo: 3-storey house with pool <5 mins walk to beach & town

Casa Campanil is just a short walk from all that Corralejo has to offer, you'll be well-located to make the most of your stay. Set over three stories, this townhouse offers lots of space and several terraces to enjoy the wonderful year-round climate. It's been our home-from-home for over 10 years so should be set up to help you relax and get settled from the minute you arrive.
You will enter the property to the rear. Here you will find a terrace area with BBQ, seating area, and table tennis table. There are also retractable clothes lines here and the morning sun makes drying fast! It is possible to park on this driveway (if the table tennis table isn't up!), however we find parking outside on the street is easy and keeps the drive clear for play.
As you enter the property to the right is a utility area, with washing machine and storage for barbecue accessories. To the left is the second bathroom with walk-in shower.
On this level is a well-supplied kitchen, with microwave, full-size oven and hob, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. Through to the main living area which has a dining table and six chairs at one end, and two sofas at the other. There is a SMART television receiving local Spanish channels, a couple of English speaking channels and access to Netflix and Prime with your own login. There are a couple of cabinets with plastic glasses for using in the pool area, wireless speaker, board games, blankets, and local information. There is also a small fridge to give you extra space to keep your drinks cold.
From the main living area there is access to a bright terrace with dining area and terrace seating, from this terrace there is access to a lower terrace and pool area - there is a lockable gate to this area. There are 6 loungers round the pool so you can relax - this area is very sheltered so on windy days it offers a sunny respite from the wind.
Across the many terraces you will find areas of sun or shade, and you will find the house itself stays relatively cool.
The master bedroom is on the top floor - bright and airy with it's own Juliet balcony and small terrace from where you can enjoy watching the world go by and the sun setting behind the palms. Also on this floor is a bathroom with 3/4 bath with shower over and bidet.
Two further bedrooms (one king, one twin), are on the lower floor, where you'll also find a small lounge area with two sofas.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and mosquito nets so you can make the most of the natural breeze. Each bedroom also has a hairdryer and there is a safety deposit box in the lower floor king room. Towels and linen are provided, as are beach towels.
The entire house is at your disposal, apart from a couple of locked cupboards which are private.
The pool is cleaned every Monday morning - access through the house is required.
