About this property

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home with Roof Terrace. 4 Communal Pools

Welcome to our stylish home located in the lovely quiet complex of El Sultan, Arabian inspired style. The complex is very secure with gated key access only. There are two adult pools and two children pools with beautiful surroundings which are also seperate gated areas being secure for children. The location of El Sultan is excellent being very accessible to all the local attractions, walking distance to the beaches, El Campanario Shopping Centre which has a large supermarket, many bars and restaurants and market days. The main street of Corralejo town centre is 15 minutes walk along with the water park, national park and sand dunes all walking distance. A picnic park, outdoor fitness and skate park are all 2 minutes across the road.

The Space:
New fitted kitchen. 3 generous bedrooms with ample storage, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace and 3 other terraces. Recently refurbished, fully furnished, very clean, excellent condition and well maintained. New 600Mb Fibre WIFI which is included free of charge. Full TV package includes UK and International along with sports and movies. Safe provided free of charge. All year round sun on the terraces. Being an end property extra privacy on the outdoor spaces.
The ground floor has front terrace with rattan chairs and table leading into an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The new kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated dishwasher, hob/air fryer oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. In the living room there is a large LG Smart TV. A bathroom and bedroom are also on the ground floor allowing for disabled access. The back terrace has six sun loungers for the guests use at any of the complex pool areas.
On the first floor you will find another bedroom, shower room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a super kingsize handmade wooden four poster bed with orthopaedic memory foam mattress with patio doors opening onto the main terrace. This terrace has a striking moon lounger with dining table and chairs for relaxed outside dining.
Leading from the main terrace the stairs take you to the large roof terrace with panoramic views across the sea to Lanzarote and Lobos island. There are further sun loungers for sunbathing in this private area.
Both dining tables, downstairs and upstairs have 6 chairs.
Please note from 2024 a luxury hotel is being built on the land next to
El Sultan Complex. Noise/impact irregular. For further details please make contact.

I have owned this property for many years and take pride in keeping everything up to date and maintained, visiting several times a year to make sure everything is just perfect for my guests. I am new to VRBO, Sep 2025 but previously advertised on Tripadvisor where I received 33 5 star reviews (a picture of this is in the gallery).

Why they chose this property

The Complex is beautifully maintained and very friendly. Everything is walking distance, no car required. Two close taxi ranks if feeling a lazy holiday.

What makes this property unique

My property has the advantage of being more private whilst spending time on the terraces and due to the position has sun on the terraces all year round whilst some others are in the shade. A gorgeous moon lounger for reading, relaxing or watching the stars.
