The Space:
This cosy 1 bedroom holiday flat is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It has a single pull out sofa in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, which can be prepared and enjoyed indoors while gazing at the sea.
The apartment is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, blow dryer, internet and Wi-Fi.

Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.

- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00

The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance.
The train station of Estoril, on the Lisboa-Cascais line, is around 5 to 8 minutes walk from the apartment, making it easy to get to Lisbon.
If you looking for entertainment, you don't need to go far though- you can always count on the closeby Estoril Casino for a show, theatre or musical entertainment.
Estoril is well know for their beaches and sightseeing and paredão (broadwalk) which makes for a most amazing walk to Cascais at sunset!
The distances from S. Pedro do Estoril to points of cultural and tourist interest are excellent: 20 km to Sintra, 4 km to Cascais, 15 km to Praia do Guincho (great waves!), 25 km to Cabo da Roca (the most western point in Europe), and 25 km to Lisboa. A small supermarket, Minipreço, is only 15 minutes on foot, where you can pick up everything you need.
Getting Around:
Situated on Av. Marginal, the property enjoys a prime location in Estoril. The Estoril Train Station is approximately an 8-minute walk away, providing convenient access to Lisbon and other coastal towns.
Several bus stops are also nearby, offering easy routes to explore Estoril and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, enabling quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will find dedicated bike paths that lead to key local attractions and scenic spots

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.
Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.
Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.
Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.
House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
