Spacious and elegant apartment spread over two floors, perfect for hosting groups of friends or families.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, close to the sea.
The entrance opens onto the living area furnished in a classic style, and boasts a double sofa bed and a TV. A door divides the living room from the rest of the floor, where there is an independent kitchen, simple yet functional, with a wooden dining table, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed each, a laundry room with a washing machine and a shower, and a bathroom with another shower.
All the rooms on this floor have access to the perimetral balcony overlooking the sea and Isola Lachea.
Going up a spiral staircase guests will access the upper floor which boasts a second wide living area with an additional dining table and two double sofa beds. A bathroom with shower and a sea view terrace complete the floor.
The air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms is available to the guests.

Aci Castello and its neighbor Aci Trezza are two gems of the eastern coast of Sicily. The volcanic activity of the area and specifically of the Etna, have defined the conformation of the territory making it rich in naturalistic beauties, including the marine protected area of the Cyclops Islands, where it is possible to go diving and admire the wonderful marine flora and fauna which live in this area. Not to be missed is a visit to the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, which stands on a basalt cliff, with an extremely rare rocky composition, formed after a marine volcanic eruption over 500,000 years ago.
The town is located a few kilometers from Catania, famous for its historic center recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, but also the liveliness of the popular markets, the wild beauty of Etna and the crystal-clear water of the coast will seduce even the most demanding guests.
