This lovely flat is located in a residential area of Minusio, a stone's throw from the village and its amenities and 5 minutes from the town centre. The living room consists of a relaxation area, with a sofa, armchair and a TV for watching a film with friends after a day of sightseeing, and a dining table for 3. The sofa becomes a double bed for the night. The kitchen is complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home.
The double bedroom is bright and overlooks the small terrace furnished with table and chairs: have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif, while enjoying the mild Ticino climate!
A bathroom with tub-shower completes the flat.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Wifi is available for guests.

The flat has a private parking space in the condominium garage.
