The tastefully and modern furnished, approx. 70 m² large 3½-room-apartment "Piccola Oasi" is in the 1. Floor of a neat 2-family house in a quiet and all-day sunny location only 1.7 km from the lake and the center of Cannobios. The small village center of Traffiume is only a few minutes walk away. There you will find a bar, restaurants and shopping. The idyllic old town of Cannobio with its magnificent lakeside promenade is reachable by car in just 5 minutes. The Cannobina River is only 300 meters away, with refreshing bathing facilities and natural beaches. You can explore the area by bike directly from the house, and you can also go on a variety of hiking trails to explore the scenic "Valle Cannobina". The attractive 3½-room apartment has an approximately 18 m² large covered balcony (loggia), which invites you to dine or simply to idle at any time of the day. Here, in this small oasis, you can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax. If you do not want to lose contact with the rest of the world during your holiday, then you have free wireless Internet access. You can park your car in the free public parking in about 50 m distance. For loading and unloading you can drive up to the house. Pets are not allowed. Living-dining room: entrance area Living / dining room with SAT-TV and exit to the loggia Well equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven and microwave Bedroom with double bed (continuous mattress: 1.60 mx 1.95 m) and Output to the loggia 2. Perfekte Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in traffiume.
An den Bergen, aber nahe am Ufer.
Direkt an den Wanderwegen. Ans Ufer ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
In die Altstadt q5 Minuten.
In traffiume gibt es auch tolles dorfwirtshaus.
Perfekt.
Wohnung hat sogar Heizung. Und die haben wir leider auch im März gebraucht.
Wohnung sauber und alles da.
Tolle Loggia, die als Zimmer genutzt werden kann.
Dazu noch Balkon mit Morgensonne.
Wenn wieder Lago Maggiore, dann diese Wohnung.

Het appartement ligt In een rustig dorpje net buiten Canobbio op het terrein waar de verhuuurder met z’n familie woont. Heel aardige mensen. Op 2 minuten lopen kan je gratis parkeren. In 15-20 minuten loop je naar canobbio. Ook in dit dorpje kan je zwemmen bij een waterval en er zit een pizzeria en een goede Osteria

Wäre eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft - wenn nicht...
Auf der Website heißt es, man spreche hier unsere Sprache - das ist nicht richtig! Wenn die Tochter der Vermieterin da ist (wenn!), kann man englisch reden. Die Wohnung ist in Kopfschmerz und Übelkeit auslösendem Maße Vanille-Aroma geschwängert - nach drei Tagen waren alle Quellen gefunden und weitgehend neutralisiert. Die Lichtschalter folgen einer nicht nachvollziehbaren Logik: den richtigen Schalter für das gewünschte Licht zu finden, blieb bis zum Schluss eine Herausforderung. Im Übrigen ist das Licht ausschließlich für abendliches Fernsehen konzipiert, Zeitung oder Bücher lesen ist abends nicht vorgesehen. Die Betten sind mit 180cm für Nordeuropäer wie mich zu kurz. Dazu kommt, dass die durchgehende Federkernmatratze im "Elternschlafzimmer" jede Regung des einen verstärkt an den anderen weitergibt. Die Dusche ist eine mittlere Katastrophe: Badewanne mit (zu) kurzer Seitenscheibe, die Wassertemperatur schwankt. In der Toilette lief das (tiefblau gefärbte und wonach wohl duftende?) Wasser in den ersten drei Tagen nur sehr langsam ab - dann legte sich das Problem allmählich. Alle Innentüren klemmen und / oder knarzen zum Steinerweichen. Wie man da nachts geräuschlos ins Bad kommen soll, ist unklar. Die Balkontüren lassen sich immerhin mit einem Trick kippen ohne dass einem die ganze Tür entgegen fällt: erst vollständig verriegeln, dann mit dem Fuß unten dagegen halten und die Türe vorsichtig kippen.
Der Balkon ist eigentlich genial – wären da nicht die Stammkunden der nahen Rasenmäher-Verkaufsstelle: Die Wohnung ist als ruhig / in ruhiger Lage angepriesen, aber die Inhaber der benachbarten Grundstücke legen einen gewissen fast wütenden Ehrgeiz an den Tag, ihren Rasen nicht nur auf „englisch“ zu mähen, sondern auch in stundenlanger Kleinarbeit zu trimmen. Der Elektromotor ist dort wohl weitgehend unbekannt. Noch in einem weiteren Punkt stimmt die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht: Der nächste Lebensmittel-Laden ist nicht einen, sondern mindestens zweieinhalb Kilometer entfernt. Für mal eben Brötchen holen ist das ein gewaltiger Unterschied. Immerhin sind auf diese Weise tägliche Fußmärsche von mindestens fünf Kilometern vorprogrammiert. Die farbliche Gestaltung der Wohnung kommt auf der Webseite sehr ansprechend herüber und wirkt vor Ort tatsächlich zunächst recht einladend - allerdings stellte sich mit der Zeit heraus, dass diese Farbgebung doch sehr unruhig ist; dann begann sie allmählich die Nerven etwas zu strapazieren.

Erholsame Oase mitten im Grünen
Uns hat es sehr gut in der "Kleinen Oase" gefallen. Für Wanderer und Biker ist die Lage perfekt.
Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber und gut und funktional eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön. Besonders hat uns das Sofa auf dem Balkon gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhige Lage, eine fantastische Pergola, sehr nette und kinderfreundliche Vermieter, absolut sauber. Alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden (u.a. Küchenutensilien, W-LAN , TV, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ...), 10 Minuten zur Badestelle am Fluss. Einziger Nachteil: der Lido, die Promenade, der Supermarkt usw von Cannobio sind eigentlich nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (oder man möchte später auf dem Rückweg den Berg 30-45 Minuten hochlaufen).
