Exceptional 2 bedroom apartment in the former spas of Ghiffa

The park "Antiche Cure di Ghiffa" is located in a quiet and sunny position about 1 km above the lake. The new building (built in 2011) was built on the remains of the former natural healing baths of the 1920s ("Cure Naturali di Ghiffa"). Of these, the residence not only took its name, but also philosophy. Quality of life is the spirit that animates the project and which is reflected in the attention for the needs of the inhabitants and in the love for the environment. Dr. Luigi Rovetta was the first to believe in the healing power of this place. In the twenties, he built a wonderful Kurresidenz and offered therapies based on natural medicine. There is a bar and a grocery store within 100 m of the hotel. If you like hiking, you can do this in the "Sacro Monte" natural park, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Superbe vue. Point négatif :la clim du salon ne fonctionne pas, et il faudrait ajouter des rangements pour le dressing pour 4 personnes c'était insuffisant, la partie cuisine pour ranger la nourriture, et manque d. UstensilsSinon nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons sûrement un jour '

Top. Vor allem der kleine „Alimentari“, der fussläufig in einer Minute zu erreichen ist, rundet die Lage ab.Sehr ruhig, gepflegt, stilsicher und modern eingerichtet. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage - Klasse! Über ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man da großzügig hinweg blicken.Gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert.

Besser als erwartet. Klimaanlage gleich zwei vorhanden, obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung steht und wir eigentlich wieder stornieren wollten, was nicht ging. Alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Parkplatz auch top groß und verschlossen. Netter Empfang . Im Ort jedoch nichts los, wer Ruhe will genau richtig. Supermarkt das Highlight.

Unterkunft in Ghiffa

Unser Aufenthalt begann damit, dass die Wohnung nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Nach kurzer Rücksprache kam eine Reinigungskraft die wütend durch durch Wohnung lief und aggressiv und oberflächlich das nötigste geputzt hat. Am nächsten Tag war reger Betrieb an der Baustelle welche in Blickrichtung zum See lag und dementsprechend war die Nutzung vom Balkon eingeschränkt bis mittags. Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren nur bedingt gut zu erreichen zu Fuß, was bedeutet hat das man doch jedes Mal mit dem Auto abends fahren musste. Die Unterkunft würden wir nicht weiter empfehlen obwohl der Blick auf den See wunderschön war

Déjà l’accueil a était très gentil par Anna 😘. L‘appartement est super joli et propre, la cuisine est bien équipe, il nous a manquer à rien, on avais une super belle vue de la salle de séjour au lac, formidable, le balcon est bien grand, les photos, qui ont été mis sur internet sont complètement identiques, environnement il y a plein des bon restaurants et un peu près à 50 métrés de l’appartement il se trouve un petit supermarché, même les vendeurs sont très gentil, toute façon on va revenir, soit encore une fois cette année où le plus tard l’année prochainne; encore une fois gros bisous à Anna et merci

Lost Places mit lieblosem Appartement

Positiv: eine traumhafte Aussicht auf hübschen Balkon Negativ: liebloses Appartement: das Türschloss funktionierte nicht richtig, Teppich verfleckt, Küchenutensilien dürftig, kein WLAN trotz Reklamation, kein Licht im Gang zu den Aufzügen (stockdunkel), keine einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft, im Bad eingebrannte bräunliche Flecken durch die Klobürste… das Ganze wirkte sehr lieblos, zudem ist der gesamte Appartementkomplex weitestgehend verwaist. Lago Reisen macht die Organisation, vor Ort kümmert sich eine nette ältere Dame. Unsere Reklamation konnten aber nicht behoben werden, trotz Bemühungen. Wir haben uns nur mäßig wohl gefühlt und sind einen Tag vorher abgereist. Schade- ich kann leider weder dieses Appartement noch Lago-Reisen weiterempfehlen.

Prima appartement op een prachtige locatie aan het Lago Maggiore

Prachtig gebouw en locatie, in een heel rustig dorp, heel schoon, super uitzicht vanuit de zitkamer en balkon. Ideaal is het parkeren in de kelder onder het gebouw. Vooral geschikt voor 2 personen. Internet/wifi was heel matig, dat werkte te vaak niet.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit hellem Wohn- Ess-Bereich. Küche super ausgestattet und sauber. Bei der Sauberkeit können wir an sich nichts bemängeln, jedoch lag hinter dem Sofa eine benutzte Unterhose samt Kondom Verpackung. (Für die Vormieter kann aber keiner was) Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wurde es doch noch ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Aussicht auf den See fabelhaft. Die Wohnung war leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es lagen viele Haare auf dem Boden und auf den Möbeln. Die Stuhl und Couchhussen sind schmutzig. Der Staubsauger hatte quasi keine Funktion mehr, da der vorhandene /eingebaute Staubsaugerbeutel bereits überfüllt war. Einige Lichtquellen sind ausgefallen, und der Ablauf im Bad/Waschbecken war verstopft. Aufgrund dieser Mängel ich mit der Agentur Kontakt aufgenommen und einen Tag später, kam der housekeeping Service sowie eine Bekannte (sehr nett) der Eigentümer vorbei und haben die Mängel aufgenommen und beseitigt. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: WLAN ist ausschließlich auf dem Balkon möglich. Der Ort ist leider sehr ruhig und es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten zum ausgehen/einkaufen. Die diversen Kirchenglocken in der Umgebung holten uns regelmäßig sehr früh aus dem Schlaf.

Fewo Ghiffa

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer/Küche blickt man direkt über eine große Balkontür auf den See. Von dem Balkon aus hat man einen genialen Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen.

Bel appartement belle vue face au lac

Nous avons passé un bon séjour et avons apprécié la clim car nous avons eu une canicule Belle vue sur le lac . Je pense qu il manque 1 store et 1 table sur la terrasse
