Die Übergabe der Wohnung ging sehr schnell (keine fünf Minuten). Mängel konnten so nicht erkannt und dokumentiert werden. Ein Defekt am Schlafzimmerschrank, den wir übernommen hatten, wurde prompt von der Besitzerin nach unserem Urlaub moniert. Das kann man vermeiden, wenn genügend Zeit bleibt eine ordnungsgemäße Übergabe zu organisieren und man die neuen Mieter auf bekannte Mängel hinweist - oder man darf halt nicht kleinlich sein. Aber sonst: Klasse, dass wir drin wohnen durften!

Einmalige Aussicht

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 1 Woche gemietet und haben uns dort richtig wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung perfekt, Betten sehr bequem mit einer einmaligen Aussicht über den Lago nicht nur vom Balkon sondern auch vom Bett aus. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit freundlichem Service liegt in 50 m Entfernung. Mehrere Restaurants sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Erholung pur mit Traumblick!!

Man kann diese Traumwohnung in dieser Anlage nur empfehlen!! Wirklich toll. Dieser Blick auf den Lago mit dieser Terrasse, phantastisch!! Jeden Morgen draußen in Begleitung der aufgehenden Sonne gefrühstückt(Ende Sept./ Oktober).Die Kritik der vorherigen Mieter, bezüglich der Kirchenglocken, können wir nicht verstehen. Jörg&Karin

Moderne und insbesondere für 2 Personen geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf den See. Das dazugehörige Parkhaus ist von großem Vorteil. Dass Bett- und Handtücher mitgebracht werden müssen, sollte nicht erst erfragt werden müssen bzw. in der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt werden.
