Property composed of: entrance hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower tray, living room with air conditioning (hot and cold) and with chaise longue sofa (sofa bed). The entire apartment has Air Conditioning (hot and cold).
For understanding that there are guests who seek more affordable holidays and do not mind details such as noise, at a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
As it is located on the main street of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, there is noise until late. The apartment has double-glazed windows to minimise the sound impact and provide greater comfort, but, depending on each guest's sensitivity, there may be some perceptible noise inside.
Upon making the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations are not possible due to these issues.
NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWhs and 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Nuris2u und die Wohnungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen und es ist nur das Wohnzimmern beheizbar.
Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich manchmal schwierig.
