Hidden gem in a country village setting
The house has a fantastic setting, tucked away down a small road in a tiny hamlet but within easy reach of local beaches which are 2kms away and a bit further on to the town of Rethymnon which is 12 km. away.
This old stone house has been tastefully renovated and decorated and is a great location for a family holiday.
You can choose to sit either on the upstairs large terrace or down by the pool and enjoy the countryside views. The house is good for either couples or families.
As you enter the house you will see a large open-plan kitchen area with a living area and dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a downstairs bathroom.
From the ground floor, you will take the back door out of the house, which leads you to the pool area with a terrace, a BBQ, and a small garden. Upstairs in the house, you will find the twin bedroom with a small bathroom and also an open area with a sofa bed suitable for a child to sleep.
From the upstairs area, you can get out to the large terrace which is good for eating or relaxing in the sun. You will have fantastic views from the upstairs terrace.
