Nestled in the charming seaside village of Panormos, Theros Villas offers two newly constructed villas for a tranquil escape. Theros Villa 2 is actually consisted of two separate units, offering privacy among your group. Both units cover 146m² in total accommodating 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Additionally, two more guests can be accommodated on the living room sofas, one in each unit.

The first house (85m2) features an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 43’’ TV and offers easy access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering all essentials for a self-catered holiday, as well as a breakfast counter for 4. A WC is also available on this level. On the first floor guest can find two bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with a shower cabin and washer/dryer.

The second house (61m2) also features an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 43’’ TV and offers easy access to a terrace equipped with a seating area. The second kitchen is also fully equipped and offers an indoor round table for 4 guests. On the first floor guest can find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and washer/dryer.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 32-inch TV, individually controlled air conditioning, an open closet, and access to balconies furnished with inviting seating areas, offering a serene retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze.
