Welcome to Aiolos villa, located in Kalamaki Chania. In 2022, after many years of experience in the field of hospitality we created with great care and much love this touristic accommodation. In Aiolos villa the unique aesthetics meets the modern luxury of a stone-built house. The view of the endless blue, the specially designed massage area and the wonderful sunset from the terra view are some of the most characteristic elements of the villa.

Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Outside Area

The 40sqm swimming pool sits just in front of the living room and the kitchen. Offering direct access from the interiors of the villa it's the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds or the sofas whilst admiring the distant sea view. The landscaped garden provides outdoor games for kids, a suncovered BBQ and outdoor sitting area with sunbeds and chairs.

Entrance

Villa Aiolos has private parking in our fenced yard beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.

Living Space & Kitchen

Divided into four floors, the villa can accommodate 11 guests in the existing beds and 2 more guests in extra beds and in the sofas.

The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. The big shutter doors flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space.

At the basement, we have created a play room, which has two Lazy Boy couches, home cinema, the gym, the sauna and a massage table. This room has a door with direct access to the outdoor pool area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one extra WC. Both bedrooms have a queen bed.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with fabulous views of the surrounding area. The other bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a terrace featuring a comfortable sitting area with sunloungers and chairs to admire the sea view. This room has also an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

This was a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and Stavros and George were so helpful with our adventures while in Crete.

Beautiful, spacious living!

We were a party of seven adults. We found Villa Aiolos a lovely place to settle in for our six days in Chania. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, well equipped. The cinema, pool and sauna were definite bonuses! The location (near the bus route) was ideal. But above all, the management (George) was stellar and the concierge (Stavros) went above and beyond in every way. Trust your adventures to Dream Villas and you can't go wrong. Stavros set us up for three excursions that exceeded expectations: Wine and olive oil tour, Knossos and beyond, and a morning sailing trip. So great. The property is new so there are a few tiny kinks that I'm sure the owner and manager are solving as I type. Rest assured, you will love staying here.

Fantastic!

Everything about this house was absolutely fantastic! We went with 5 friends, and we LOVED the house. The owner and Georgios were incredibly accommodating, made sure everything was perfect for us, gave advice and went above and beyond in every way. There is everything you need in the house, it's all beautifully done, well thought out, easily accessible to everything you need and a convenient location to drive to so many great locations and Chania Old Town. The house is even better in person! Can't wait to come back!
