Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .



Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.

A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breathtaking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.



Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist

beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.



In "Colinas de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. "Colinas de los Menceyes" has a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. Only a ten-minute walk away you will find the shopping centre with a wide variety of gastronomic choices and the natural beach "la Arenita"



To ensure security, the complex has been fully fenced with a controlled chip entrance. Each building has a maximum of 16 flats and has its own lift connected to the underground garage (subject to availability).

Voor het 3e jaar weer een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Fijn appartement op de begane grond met uitzicht op de tuin. Een rustige buurt wat we ook erg waarderen. Verder vinden we de service erg goed. Als je een vraag hebt wordt er onmiddellijk gereageerd. Kortom top.Volgend jaar zijn we er weer 7 weken.

Heerlijk verblijf in Palm Mar

We verbleven 2maanden in dit appartement. De ligging is perfect. We zijn in de tachtig en van de lage ligstoelen hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken. Dat gaat niet meer. Jammer. Stoelen die hoger zijn zouden voor ons perfect zijn. In Palm Mar overwinteren nl veel ouderen. Dit is het enige negatieve aspect in dit appartement. We hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt.
