The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, traditional coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, pots, pan, glasses....





The bathroom offers a large shower, with sink, high quality towels, soap...





The penthouse is very well soundproofed, located on the fourth floor, the building has a wide entrance with an elevator.

Great place to stay

A very clean and well presented apartment in a lovely block. Unfortunately we were on the top floor and the lift wasn’t working when we arrived but it was fixed by the end of the day. We also had problems with the hot water but again this was fixed very quickly. Communication was good and the central location was excellent. Would stay again but would possibly pick an apartment with bigger windows and a small balcony as the penthouse apartment is in the eaves.

Very poor response from property manager

Hot water boiler broke on the 3rd day of our stay. Called the management company six times over three days, messaged them on their business whatsapp, emailed. Kept getting told "my colleague will call you back" no one ever did. We paid a thousand pounds and had a week of cold showers. Worst place we have stayed in malaga in 7 years of travelling there .

Super Lage. Der grosse Mercato war gleich daneben. Restaurants und Shops gleich vor der Eingangstür. Ist trotz sehr zentraler Lage nicht laut. Bus und Bahn wenige Schritte entfernt. Wohnung gemütlich und genug Stauraum. Grosse Küche.
