Brand new modern 1-bedroom penthouse with 2 terraces located steps away from Picasso's birthplace.The bedroom features a large double bed and large closet spaces with en-suite bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower The independent kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a washing machine and microwave.An ample dining table sitting leads onto a large comfortable salon with high definition TV and international television channels.There are 2 small terraces, one off the living room and the other one off the spacious bedroom.The apartment is located in one of the most exciting areas of the city, right next to all the main attractions.NOTE: Street works being undertaken on the street that might occasionally impact your stay.

A good location in the Old Town

Merced iv is ideally situated for exploring Malaga. The apartment was furnished in modern lines, was well-equipped and afforded a small outside area to enjoy breakfast or an early evening refreshment. Ideal.

Nice quiet location on the edge of old town

We liked the location, the furnishings were of nice quality. The building was extremely clean and it was nice to have an elevator. When we arrived we sent you an email with what we were missing and what we thought of the place, we even compared it to the "Hanna" which we re ted a few days before. We never heard back from anyone, so we did without the items we requested and felt disappointed in your lack of response. This was our 3rd time renting from Solaga and the 1st time as a self check in. No one ever checked with us to make sure we checked in okay which would of been nice.

4 Sunny days in central Malaga

We were really grateful for the flexibility in both letting us get in early and also leaving a little later. Realise it was a quite time of year but it made our holiday so much more pleasurable. Have used Solaga in the past and have always been impressed with them.Cannot think of any improvements.

Perfect penthouse

The property was spacious and very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The apartment was central and many places of interest were within walking distance. Inside the apartment it was very quiet even when sometimes it was quite noisy outside. Our only niggle was the inadequate water pressure in the shower.

Couldn't have been better!

This was a last minute booking for us which couldn't have been better. In the Old Town which we absolutely loved. The apartment was very nice and could not be faulted. Good fridge freezer, good washing machine, modern and a comfy bed. Highly recommended.

This unit was better than advertised. It was clean and spacious and in a perfect location. I could not have asked for a better place to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Special thanks to Carlos for checking us in and giving us the lay of the land. Perfecto!

A wonderful apartment!

The apartment was bright and spacious with two balconies. The bedroom was large and cheery. The washroom was also large and well designed. The location was perfect. I would be happy to rent this apartment again!
