Charmantes Haus, für erholsame Tage

Das Ferienhaus Anton in Alcanar ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren insgesamt mit 10 Personen für eine Woche vor Ort und alle waren restlos begeistert. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle individuell gestaltet, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das saubere und gepflegte Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch, wo alle 10 Personen (oder bei Bedarf mehr) Platz gefunden haben. Dasselbe gilt für den Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Garten mit Pool und auf den Ort Alcanar, überall waren genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Möglichkeiten das Essen vorzubereiten, insgesamt gibt es zwei Kühlschränke, wovon einer für Getränke genutzt werden kann. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und besticht durch seinen schönen Pool, auch hier fehlt es nicht an Liegen und Sesseln. Der Ort Alcanar selbst ist wenig touristisch geprägt, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und die Tankstelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Carrefour, Lidl und Decathlon sind eine 15 minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von einer Stunde zu erreichen, dabei läuft man zum Großteil in Orangen- und Zitronenplantagen. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Haus Anton sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen standen uns die Hausbesitzer telefonisch oder per Whatsapp jederzeit zur Verfügung.

A lovely villa for a family stay.

Thirteen of our family had a wonderful holiday here. The facilities are good, clean and well maintained. A lot of time was spent in the pool as the weather was very good until close to the end of our stay. There is lots of space for everyone and the garden is secure for the children, they particularly liked our donkey neighbours and peacocks. Alcanar is very quiet and has everything you need, but a short drive to Vineros which has big supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely beach gives a bit more variety. Very Spanish and very few tourists. Would definitely recommend.

Super séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa Anton du 30 juin au 7 juillet 2018 et nous pouvons dire que nous sommes complètement satisfaits. D'un point de vue pratique, il s'agit d'une villa avec 5 chambres contenant chacune 1 lit double + 1 petite chambre de substitution + 1 chambre d'enfant avec 4 lits simples. Nous concernant, nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous avons tous eu notre salle-de-bain privative. Les salles-de-bain ( 2 salles avec baignoire et 2 salles avec douche) sont au nombre de 4 dont deux font partie d'une suite chambre/salle-de-bain et les 2 autres donnent sur le couloir mais jouxte les chambres. Celles ci sont spacieuses, avec une literie de qualité. Vous disposerez de la climatisation avec un boitier numérique facile d'utilisation. L'espace salon/salle-à-manger est longé par une longue baie vitrée. Le salon dispose d'un canapé modulable avec une grande TV écran plat. Il y a également une grande salle avec un billard et un petit patio végétal où se situe le barbecue. La cuisine est bien équipée. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin notamment un grand frigo américain qui vous donnera de la glace pilée ou des glaçons. Vous y trouverez même quelques produits élémentaires pour votre cuisine : épices, huile, vinaigre, sucre etc. Concernant le jardin, vous pouvez le fermer par une porte en fer, ce qui s'est révélé sécuritaire pour nos enfants à cause de la piscine (qui n'est pas clôturée). Le jardin est grand avec un espace vert entretenu par arrosage automatique le matin et le soir. Il y a aussi des animaux qui entourent la maison et des paons qui peuvent se balader parmis vous. L'extérieur dispose également d'un espace détente avec un grand parasol et 5 ou 6 lits de jardin qui entourent la piscine. La piscine est le point fort de cette villa. Elle est chauffée et énorme (nous avons compté 60m2 environ, 6x10m). Dans la piscine, il y a un "carré" d'environ 6 ou 8 m2 moins profond (env.50cm) pour les enfants ou pour s'asseoir. Le reste de la piscine est plus profond, d'environ 1m20 à 1m60. L'entretien de la piscine est effectué par un personnel très discret. La villa est située dans un endroit calme, éloignée des routes principales et sur les hauteurs d'Alcanar. A partir des terrasses, vous disposez d'une jolie vue sur la mer. Finalement, nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette villa. Je recommande vivement le séjour à la Villa Anton et n'exclus pas la possibilité d'y séjourner à nouveau. QUE DU BONHEUR MERCI !

Una de las mejores casas en las que hemos realizado escapada familiar (9 adultos & 7 niños). Muy adecuada para niños (habitacion tematica, piscina cerrada, parcela sin peligros). Entorno muy agradable e intimo (no hay exposicion a vecinos) Propietarios muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Seguro repetimos!
