About this property

This 815 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on a 9th floor. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a very nice balcony.

Perfect to accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults max.), there are two queen-size beds and a double sofa-bed in the living room; a crib and an air mattress are available, if needed. There is also plenty of room for luggage and more.

The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches ( you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens. Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and there's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks. They also delivered food to the apartment or to the pool, super convenient!

The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and posh Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location.

The tides

The property looks just as listed and right on the beach with a nice pool. Very close to restaurants, shopping and convenience. The check in process for us was a little tricky as there were some things in the computer that didn’t transfer properly. But once solved, all was well. We definitely would book again.

Amazing place

We loved our stay here and all the amenities at The Tides. The place was so clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was bright, comfortable, and we loved being right on the beach. The instructions for checking in and out were excellent and very easy to follow. It was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Perfect stay…perfect hosts!

Lou met us and gave us a great walk through of the apartment and complex. The apartment is just as the photos show…charming and well stocked with utensils, towels and other essentials. We were very happy!
