A lovely 5 day stay with my family and elderly parents, peaceful, quiet and restful. Long walks along the coastal path a tonic!. The house has beautiful views and is well equipped with everything you could possibly want - plus a generous welcome basket for us and the dogs....thank you Louise.

We really have had a great holiday at Point Clear View.
We really have had a great holiday at Point Clear View. We have chosen this holiday cottage for it's stunning view and we were not disappointed! The house itself is spacious and comfortable. I liked the style of how it is furnished. Homely and practical at the same time. For instance enough cutlery and crockery and good lighting. The beds are comfortable but on the short side. The welcome packs, one for people and one for dogs, were much appreciated! On first view everything was very clean. But there were also a few items less clean and there are few 'technical' issues to solve. One issue was, as soon as possible, solved. The others were minor, so we didn't report them during our stay. I suppose everything has to do, due to size of the house and it's many surfaces to dust and vacuum or even to repair after every next guest. The location was very strange in our opinion. If we would have known how the immediate surroundings looked like, we wouldn't have booked this beautiful holiday cottage. There are many very old and seemingly derelict houses on the road. And many, many static caravans nearby. We were very grateful that we visited it in winter, so it wasn't overcrowded. In a way, it was also fun to wonder about the location. And in hindsight, I also wouldn't have missed the experience to live in such a distinct environment for one week!
